Wonderful stay! Paid attention to the small details which we absolutely appreciated. Even had little items in the bathroom for us to use during our stay. We really appreciated them since we accidentally forgot a bunch of our stuff. Would stay again!

Absolutely fantastic home! Very clean and generously stocked for our stay. This home is in a very quiet gated community that is convenient to food and shopping. By far the best VRBO home we have ever had the pleasure of using. Host is superb with communication.

Had a great stay. Home was clean, tidy and cool. AC system worked really well and kept us cool from the fresno heat. Wish there were more kitchen necessities. Overall, highly recommend and would stay again.

The property was very nice on the inside with lots of amenities. The “yard” needs to be finished. Even bark where there is dirt would make a huge difference in appearance. Location was perfect for our needs.

Family time

We had a great stay in this new community! The pool facilities were great, access to the garage for parking, sweet amenities in bathrooms and kitchen. The road noise wasn’t as bad inside as I thought it would be. There’s not much of a yard but we were at the pool so didn’t bother us. She was a great communicator which was appreciated!

Both the house and host are nice overall. It is located next to a busy road, so there is road noise. Other than that, no complaints.

The property itself was very nice and the host was very considerate and have pretty everything set up nice and neat. The couple things that bothered us while we were there, it was the noise from the road because the house was right next to the main road and feels like the Master bedroom windows soundproofing is not adequate. Also the bathroom in the master bedroom was super tiny and the AC system was overpowering in a few areas such as the bathrooms and bedrooms.

Great place

We have reason to visit Madera County in the future and I am glad we found this space. It was well appointed with everything we needed. It was comfortable for five adults. We were very close to the things we were there for - an engagement party, visiting wedding venues AND the CIF State Swim Championships... all in one weekend. Avenue 12 is directly behind this property so there was some noise at night when trucks (seldomly) or loud motorcycles would pass. I was so tired from the activities that it did not bother me, really. Good restaurants nearby and River Park is a ten minutes drive.

The house is stunning. Located in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the ability to text owner at anytime, with a quick response. House is clean with accommodation for cooking and entertaining. Parking spots in front, in garage and in parking stalls just across from the house. Aswell as being nicely located from downtown with a few restaurants, dutch brother's coffee and small grocery stores right up the road. The communial pool does not get to full all hours of the pool time. I give this a 10 . I will be staying here again.

Trip to visit Family

This home in Madera was amazing! Plenty of room for the 5 adults and 1 toddler in our group. The host was very thoughtful, there were new travel size items in all the bathrooms, a snack basket in the kitchen, and had a fully stocked coffee bar with Kcups, creamer, and to go coffee cups.Being able to park in the garage was also a plus, and there is open parking steps away. The neighborhood did an awesome Foodtruck setup that we were able to take advantage of. The only “heads up” I would gift future guests is… The living room furniture was a little “stiff” and not all that welcoming. Couldn’t really fit everyone around the TV at the end of the day to watch a movie. Also, the primary bedroom is a bit noisy with the traffic from Ave 12.

Stayed here overnight for daughter's soccer game. It was perfect allowing her to get a full night's rest before her game, and she scored! Everything about the property is as advertised. I would highly recommend and would stay here again if/when we're back in town.
