Any gathering larger than the stated “guest count” on the reservation will be considered an event and subject to $250 fee/ cleaning fee for said gathering/event.

Absolutely no parties or events are allowed at this property.
This includes large gatherings, loud music, or hosting more guests than the reservation allows.

If a party is held, it will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Any additional cleaning fees or damages caused will be charged to the guest.
