Unit 106 is a roomy 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit located in Grand Beach Resort on East Beach in Gulf Shores. The unit is just across the street from the beach. It features a queen bed in the master and bunk beds in the hall with a hall bath. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. A fully equipped kitchen connects to the living room with a large TV and a sliding glass door leading onto the balcony facing the beach.This ground floor unit is convenient to the pool and hot tub area and just a short walk directly across the street to beach. Bring your fishing gear because this unit is across from the state park fishing pier! The pier is a great place for the family to walkout on and see the different fish swimming in the water below and of course throw your line in and catch a few. Numerous restaurants are in walking distance.

Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card. Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
