Tudor@Orleans is a great place! The host are nice and went above and beyond on our welcome and stocking the home. Everything was clean and in place with coffee, creamers, honey, sweetners, utensils, face wipes, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, male and female scents high quality like Dove & Neutrogena! The hot tub was hot and patio sitting area was comfy! Each room has it's own bed too!! Close to Candy and walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants ohh and the parthenon too! Quick drive to Broadway and Gulch. While it didn't apply to this trip there are MANY stairs in the home, so not ADA friendly. For a 40gh bday it was PERFECT though!! Thank you Candi and Rick! I would highly recommend your beautiful home!!

Great stay! We had a Bachelorette Nash Bash for our best friend. There were 6 of us women (ages 33-42) and we had a lovely stay. House was great, patio was perfect, and the hot tub was a plus! Overall, we enjoyed the area. Upon check-in we were surprised with Nothing Bundt Cakes, loved that! Check-out instructions were awesome and easy! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay for Vandy graduation

Rick and Candy went above and beyond to make our family feel special. We arrived in the house to flowers, cake and balloons and handwritten cards to celebrate our son’s graduation from Vandy and Mothers Day. Very well equipped. I especially appreciated having coffee in tho house. It accommodated our family and everything was a short Uber ride away. We spent a lot of time on the patio and in the jacuzzi. Very relaxing! Don’t hesitate to rent.

Best Hosts Ever

We stay in VRBO's quite a bit & this was the absolute best host's ever!!! They had a welcome sign, a welcome card, & sweet treats waiting for us when we arrived. They even had a graduation card for our daughter. Communication was excellent. The home was super clean & they had it stocked with supplies. We felt like the hosts were invested in us having a great stay. It was such a fantastic experience!!!

Charming House with Outdoor Space

Our family traveled to Nashville for our daughter’s wedding last weekend and the house was a good size. It’s charming from the curb and has a beautiful backyard area with nice seating, fireplace and hot tub that we really enjoyed. The check in process was simple, the location was great and there was good communication with the host. The house itself needs to be updated, especially the carpets and the staircase wall coverings which are filthy.The house was well stocked which made our stay easier and there was plenty of parking.

Nashville Retreat

We booked this location because our daughter was due to have her baby. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a chalkboard sign welcoming our family and the new baby. A beautiful potted plant for the mommy was waiting inside. I say this to show how hospitable the owners are. Everything inside was clean. The kitchen was well appointed. More than enough room for everyone! We will for sure book again. Thank you Rick and Cindy

Thankful!

This property was a wonderful home to celebrate our Thanksgiving holiday with family. We actually felt as though we were welcomed into an extended family member’s beautiful home. The owners were so welcoming, friendly and cared about every aspect of our stay. They were quick to communicate with us whenever we had a question. Also a wonderful, safe location that was close to so many great things to do in Nashville. I would highly recommend this home for a wonderful stay in Nashville.

Incredible Experience

The property was amazing. Lots of room for our large group of 7. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding & stayed a week. The property location was perfect. Very close to the highway so it seemed that everything was a quick 10-15 minute drive. Rick & Candy, our hosts were phenomenal regarding communication. Extremely thorough & quick with responses. I have never stayed at a Vrbo that was so well stocked with everyday necessities in the kitchen & bathrooms. I did not even need to go to the store. This was just a truly lovely property to stay with our family & only made our “wedding week” better.

Family Vacation

From the booking process to the check-in and check-out, the owner communication was flawless. Upon check-in, I was in awe. I was left special gifts for myself and family as well as a welcoming sign at the front door and handwritten note on the kitchen counter. This was such a special and much appreciated touch. This home was so cozy, comfortable and welcoming. Plenty of space to relax whether we were just reading, enjoying the hot tub or relaxing around the fire. A short distance to Broadway and shopping. I have never booked a home prior to this one that put so much effort into ensuring our trip was a great experience. It is the small details that make the experience memorable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. I had such a great experience in booking and staying in this home that I left the owners a token of our appreciation. Thank you Rick and Candy for sharing your beautiful home.

Charming Oasis

Charming, Cozy, Convenient are the three words that describe this property. With four bathrooms it easily accommodated my family. Well stocked, close to downtown and restaurants away from downtown in a safe neighborhood. Hosts were great and communicated well.

Beautiful home

We loved staying in your home for a week. 4 room and 4 bathrooms worked out perfectly for the 8 Canadians. We loved and appreciated all the little extra's such as the welcoming snacks. So nice to open the door and feel to welcome to your home. We love the inviting backyard with the covered pergola. At night we would sit in your backyard and just enjoy chatting about our day.Thanks you for big supply of towels, the games, umbrellas and the pamphlets of things to see in Nashville. Great Stay

This is a beautiful well maintained house. The owners have thought of every thing. It is about a 10-15 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Highly recommend.

Best ever

After having stayed in many VRBO homes in the past, I have to say this was the absolute best experience we ever had. The hosts attention to detail and communication skills were far above anyone I’ve ever dealt with previously. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious and in a very convenient and safe area. There is nothing I would have changed except to stay much longer. L O L. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back again.

Amazing owners, Perfect property!

I can't say enough good things about the homeowners' welcoming and frequent communication and the amenties in the home. This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in and the best owners! We were there for a Vandy graduation weekend, and Candy and Rick went out of their way to add to the celebration and treated us like family. The house has everything you could need and we brought so much stuff that was already there for us to use; coffee, tea, creamers, spices, tons of dishes, utensils, ice, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, face wipes, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, tons of towels, blow up bed, extra blankets, pillows, etc. So grateful for a perfect weekend! Thank you Candy and Rick... For everything!!

Birthday Celebration with our kids

We came to Nashville with our adult children and their spouses. The property was the best equipped property we have stayed at. We loved the back yard. What a great way to wind down the day after taking in the Nashville fun. We would definitely stay here again. Four comfortable bed rooms.

30th Birthday Trip

After our marriage in 1986, my wife and I moved to Nashville from Atlanta. Falling in love with this quiet and historic location near Vanderbilt University we selected this unique home. We occupied this house for many years while we lovingly restored and modernized it.

This is a great house for vacation and working trips alike.

Nashville is a Bicycle friendly community with bike lanes and greenways throughout the city. The are several greenway trail heads and bike rentals within a mile of the house.

In a quiet neighborhood the house is centrally location in the best part of town which allows quick access to the entire Nashville Metro area. A convenient 7 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the central business and entertainment district as well as one stop light to the Nashville freeway system illustrates how well located this home is.

Scenic walking and biking opportunities include a short walk to the top of Love Circle for overlooks of the Vandy Campus and Downtown Nashville. During the Civil War, this was an observation post for both sides. Also, a few blocks away, the 470 acre Centennial Park provides miles of walking paths, gardens and water features. The park is anchored by the Parthenon that is a full size replica of the Greek structure and includes a museum.

For medical professionals, Vanderbilt Medical Center, St. Thomas Hospital and Centenniel Hospital are only blocks away.

The charm of the outdoor fireplace, hot tub and fire table Gazebo provide a quiet retreat after a long day out on the town. The patio is also equipped with a propane fired BBQ.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils imaginable including Kuerig and Mr. Coffee makers and stocked with selections of coffees, teas, sweeteners and an assortment of spices & condiments for your convenience. Bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with linens, paper conveniences, a starter supply of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Baths also are equipped with hair dryers.
