▪️Staying in Lake Harmony Estates means you get access to a private beach on Lake Harmony, just minutes from the house! Perfect for swimming, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying the water with paddleboards and kayaks. This beach is only open to community residents and registered guests, so it’s never too crowded. (To gain access, simply purchase beach passes.)
Guest Access:
⚫Guests have access to our entire home and they will be provided with the front door code upon their check-in time at our property. This code will be sent via the Airbnb app so please make sure to have it downloaded onto your phone prior to arrival!
⚫You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 📩 24 hours before your arrival, so everything you need will be ready ahead of time for a smooth and easy check-in!
⚫Our homes use electronic door locks 🔐 for your convenience. A door code will be sent to you automatically ⏰ 2 hours before check-in time, unless you’re checking in earlier.
⚫When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! 🧼🕒 Our checkout instructions will be sent a day before your departure, you'll receive them at 2:00 PM the day before your checkout.

⚠️ Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. ⚠️ Friendly Note: 🐻Since our home is tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear in the area from time to time. No worries—they’re generally well-behaved and prefer to keep their distance from people. As long as food and trash are secured, they’ll simply wander by and continue on their way.
⚠️ For your safety and comfort, please note that use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Additionally, outdoor stairs may become slippery when wet or icy, especially during colder months. Please use caution and hold the handrails when navigating any outdoor areas.
⚠️ To help maintain a reliable plumbing system and ensure a comfortable living experience for all guests, please note the following:
*Only standard toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Items such as baby wipes (including those labeled “flushable”), paper towels and other materials MUST be disposed of in trash!
*ONLY water should go down sink and shower drains. Please avoid allowing hair or any other debris to enter any drains.
*As a reminder, there is no garbage disposal under the kitchen sink, so please do not pour grease, discard food or place any items down the kitchen sink drain.

🌙 Important HOA Rule – Outdoor String Lights
To maintain the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, all outdoor lights and string lights must be turned off by 11 PM. This is a new policy implemented by the HOA, and violations may result in a $300 fine, which we would unfortunately need to pass on to guests if applicable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep good standing in the community!

📌We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.
