It's prime location makes it just a 3 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE BEACH, shopping centers, and other parks & recreation centers. *The back yard is shared with a small cabin next door that is used very sparingly throughout. During your stay the back yard is yours to fully enjoy. The yard is mostly fenced in but not 100%.

To maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 67 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 75 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat. Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.

Guests will get around great in cars or even rented golf carts! This unit has plenty of space for guests to park right next to the house! There are no lined spaces so use your noggin to manage the space depending on how many vehicles are in your party!

Pets are allowed depending on size. Please be upfront about bringing a pet or else you will be canceled. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :

1-4 Nights : $25 per pet, per day
5-29 Nights :$200 per pet
30+ Nights : $300 per pet

This fee must be paid before you will be given access to the unit. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterward, this fee doubles.

Early Check is $25 an hour and late check out is $25 hour (YOU MUST REQUEST THIS AND PAY UPFRONT.) If you checkout past 10AM without letting us know we will charge $50 an hour. It is not possible to fully accommodate every early check in and late check out. This varies on our cleaning crew's schedule. Thank you for understanding.

Guests staying with us from Monday to Tuesday, and Thursday to Friday, kindly remember to place the trash can by the curb as part of our community's waste collection routine.
