This beautiful, newly constructed 3400 sq ft home is located in Sunnyside Beach area. It is a 3-story, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home on the quiet, West End of Panama City Beach, with beautiful ocean views from the private balconies of each bedroom suite on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The house is ideal for large families or groups of friends, equipped to sleep 12 adults comfortably in beds (15 maximum Guests allowed to stay). Each one of the bedrooms has a private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy. The entry level has a garage, laundry room, a bunk room and a pool suite that has a king bed, private bath with a large tile walk in shower and access to the pool area. The kitchen, dining area, half bath, living area and a bedroom with a King suite with a private bath is located on the second floor, providing a common area for you and your guests. The dining area includes seating for 6, plus 3 additional bar-stools. A large deck is connected to the living room, providing additional dining space with a table and seating for 6 while overlooking the pool area.

The master suite is located on the third floor, with a King bed and private bathroom. The luxurious Master bath provides a walk-in tile shower with dual shower heads, a large tub and his/hers vanity. Another bedroom located on the third floor has 2 Queen beds, private bath plus a private balcony with an ocean view. Each of the four bedrooms and living room are furnished with flat-screen televisions. Three of the bedrooms also have private balconies with beautiful ocean views.

Sunnyside Beach is a quiet, private beach away from the condos, party scenes and crowds of PCB. The private pool is great place to relax after a day at the beach.

The house was beautiful and the pool was so nice! 4br and 4.5 baths was amazing and so convenient for 4 couples. The room on the ground floor with the King and bunks was perfect for the family with 2 littles. The balconies had awesome views and the walk to the beach was short. The private beach was so nice. Maybe 4-5 families in the area used the beach access. We are excited to stay here again next year!

Ben beach rentals are top notch!!!! Communication was the best ever! Tge house is such much bigger than it looks online. It was a very short walk to the beach. Definately will return!!!!

Nice getaway

The kitchen was well equipped. Pool heater worked well. Laid out well for large groups. Close to grocery stores and mall, but far enough from the crowds to feel private. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of violence on Panama City Beach this week. However, we did feel somewhat protected due to our location.

Beautiful spacious home

We are a family of 15 and this home was perfect for us. Our smaller children enjoyed the pool and the rest of us enjoyed the very short walk to the private beach. The beach was not crowded even though it was the 4th of July. It is a very short drive to PCB restaurants and stores. The kitchen had everything we needed for a big family, except for a working can opener LOL, which was an easy fix. It was nice to have the assortment of grills on the deck also. We absolutely loved the porches and the porch swing by the pool. We made some of the best memories here and hopefully will be back to make more. Thank you for having us.

Wedding Party Accomodations

Amazing! We had such a wonderful time staying at this house. Highly recommend Bens Beach Homes. They were on top of everything and the house was way bigger than pictured. There are 3 more twin beds not pictured that we were happy to find. We had 15 guests and each had a bed to sleep on. Not to mention there was plenty of room for everyone. The rooms, bathrooms, and closets were HUGE. The pool area was very clean, Inviting, and warm. We are planning a family vacation next year and are going to rent this same house again.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice and it is very conveniently located to the beach. The beach was private and there was hardly anyone on the beach. The only thing we were upset about was the view is not like it is in the pictures. A house has been built in between this house and the beach and it blocks the view to the ocean. We will definitely stay here again

50th birthday celebration with 4 favorite couples (family)

The property was in a great location!! It was very accommodating. Comfortable beds, ample space, plenty of towels, and great parking, great air conditioning. Would definitely rent again!! The negatives where few but the biggest one was the elevator was non-operational and we have two members with severe back injuries so was a little rough carrying groceries and luggage up to long flights of stairs for 10 people. The neighbor to the left was very rude on our first day so we had to avoid the private pool or be extremely quiet during the day and early evening. There was few other little inconveniences but the manager was very quick to help and again the negatives where very small and few and the trip and home was amazing even during tropical storm Henry we had a blast. (I do recommend getting the elevator fixed the broken refrigerator shelve replaced and the oven looked at it did not heat well and the dishwasher top shelf was also broken) BUT these things are to be expected in a rental. One last recommendation check the pool side chairs they are very aged and unstable one broke and injured one of our party members just while sitting in it and there was a couple others in the same condition) Thank you and we will definitely recommend it to others and may even stay again next year!!

Wonderful location!

This property had a wonderful location, just a minutes walk from the beach. It was well stocked other than not having a broom. Cleanliness was good, but overall maintenance and upkeep could have been better (loose railings, paint touch ups here and there, mold on shower ceiling). I would not recommend this unit for children 2 and under. The floors are uneven, there are two sets of stairs (all connected to living space), and the floors aren’t carpeted. Is was a challenge keeping our small children safe. They also do not provide any baby gear. Not a complaint, but just suggesting families with small children book somewhere more kid friendly/safe. We enjoyed our stay, and it was a beautiful property, in a great location.

Family reunited

After a year and a half finally got to get together with family from NY and we had a great time. The house is so relaxing. Well equipped and The heated pool was wonderful.
