Outside, you’ll find a toy chest with yard games and beach toys—think shovels, buckets, balls, and more. Indoors, a cozy collection of puzzles, board games, and children’s books await, perfect for quiet afternoons or winding down after a day of adventure.

While our team works tirelessly to ensure the house is clean, it is important to note that by staying with us, you're choosing to rent a house in the woods! As such, you may find cob webs, ants etc. We welcome you to let us know if critters are interrupting your stay and will work with you to troubleshoot!

Swimming:
As one of only seven homes with exclusive access to Lawrence Pond, this retreat offers a truly special waterfront experience. Guests can take a scenic 5–7 minute walk through a peaceful pasture or drive down via the private community access road. The sandy beach features a floating dock, a grill area, picnic tables, and plenty of space to soak up the sun—or relax in the shade.

TENNIS
A tennis court is located on the property and is shared with the neighboring property owners. First come, first serve for tennis court use.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Living Room & Dining Room:
The living and dining rooms combine in an expansive space complete with a wall mounted TV, piano, and desk area. The living room is located off of the kitchen and offers its own door directly outside to the front lawn.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is located off of the patio and is stocked with all dish ware, flat ware and cookware, as well as BBQ utensils.

Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom down the main hall is a queen bed with its own dedicated desk/work space.

Bedroom 2:
The back bedroom can sleep up to four people on one full bed and two twin beds.

Pack & Play:
A pack and play is available for use and stored in the rear closet.

Bedroom 3:
The master bedroom is a California king mattress and offers its own work space as well as a 1/2 bath complete with soaking tub and toilet. The back bedroom bathroom does not have a shower head (yet).

Full Bath:
The full bath is located off of the main hall and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as towels for your use.

Important Beach Access Info:
Beach stickers for your vehicle can be purchased online (cape cod beach stickers .com) or in person at the Tax Collector's Office, Town Hall, 100 Route 6A.
Daily Rate: $20
Weekly Pass $50 (can be purchased at the gates)
Beach stickers/ Passes will be required daily at ALL BEACH locations starting on June 21st from 9am-4pm
