Award-winning Spacious Townhouse in Williamsburg
The Corner Townhouse, spanning a generous 2600sf living area, is a spacious and modern oasis in the center of Williamsburg. Its beautiful award-winning design has been featured in Dezeen and Wallpaper* magazines. The refreshing design is coupled with luxury amenities and a private, expansive 1500sf of landscaped gardens with views of the East River.
Located in the heart of hip Williamsburg, the house is a sanctuary in the middle of what's happening.
The space
We started renovating this historic Williamsburg corner townhouse 10 years ago. A modern addition was added to the historic brick building, doubling the amount of space per floor and creating a connection to the multi-level outdoor gardens.
The kitchen features premium appliances and there are designer furnishings throughout. A large dining table is perfect for large dinners, and the living room is cozy with a big TV, piano, and library that can be enclosed with a wrap-around curtain. The master bedroom and second bedroom feature ensuite bathrooms and closets. The second bedroom doubles as a home office, perfect for anyone working remotely. The second bedroom can be requested to be arranged as either a baby room, home office, or bedroom for longer stays. There is 1G internet throughout the house.
Lush gardens on the 3rd and 4th levels connect the inside with the outside. The rooftop is perfect for relaxing or BBQing while catching views of the East River. A Sonos sound system is set-up throughout the house and rooftop. Access to the private garage is available upon request for an additional fee.
Guest access
The house is centrally located in Williamsburg a couple blocks between the Bedford Subway Station and the East River. Most of the neighborhoods attractions and shopping destinations are a short walk away, including Domino Park, Whole Foods, and lot's of boutique and notable brand shopping. Ground-level private parking is available upon request.

The house is kept warm with radiant floor heating.
A Sonos sound system is connected throughout the house.
The house uses a centralized Lutron lighting system.
