The 3 bathrooms feature a bathtub and jetted bathtub for ultimate relaxation. Townsend is becoming regionally known for being the best of the Smoky Mountains without all of the traffic and tourism. Feel like a local as you explore Cades Cove, Eat at world class restaurants, and find live music and fun at local pubs and breweries, The town hosts incredible events and festivals or you can stroll through shops and galleries. Don't forget the appeal of the little river! Just down the road, the main river that runs through Townsend is the heart of the community. FAMOUS for tubing, it's also a great river for fishing and kayaking.

I live in East Tennessee and love being in the mountains. My three kids, husband, and I go hiking and biking whenever we get a chance. When we’re not in the smokies, we’re working artists- my husband is an illustrator and I am a photographer.

When we were looking for a place in the smokies, we looked all over the region, but Townsend has always felt like home. We feel like locals here, and can always get to where we’re going without traffic or the problems of heavy tourism. We love laurel valley because of the amenities! We were drawn to the idea that the cabin is easy to get to - even in bad weather, and we fell in love with the clubhouse and pool area. We hope our guests feel the same warmth from our neighborhood as we do.

I fell in love with Townsend Springs before I even set foot inside! The woodwork by a local artisan was so beautiful that it leaped off the page of the real estate listing. Then when I went to see it in person, the house was spacious and charming in a way I couldn’t find in other cabins. I also can’t resist a screened porch! Who can?!
