Located in the heart of downtown Ho Chi Minh City, this spacious studio is perfect for up to 4 guests, offering comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities:

- Comfortable Bedrooms: Fully air-conditioned with two queen-size beds.

- Modern Bathrooms: Equipped with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, and a hairdryer.

- Functional Kitchenette: Includes a microwave, mini fridge, sink, portable stove, plates, rice bowls, and utensils. (Note: Cooking condiments are not provided for hygiene reasons but can be purchased nearby.)

- Convenient Living Space: Work desk, Smart TV, and dining table for work or leisure.

- Laundry Facilities: In-building washing machine and dryer.

- The ground floor features a cozy Vietnamese eatery, popular among locals for its delicious and affordable home-style meals during lunchtime (Mon-Sat). (In the future, we have plans to open for breakfast as well)

To comply with local regulations, we must register all guests with the local authorities. Upon arrival, please provide your original passport or Vietnamese ID for registration. Your documents will be returned immediately after registration is completed.

Guests will have access to the guests-only area from the Mezzanine Level to Level 3.

The laundry room is located on the Mezzanine Level.

Our building consists of a ground floor, a mezzanine, and Levels 1-3. A shared laundry room is located on the mezzanine floor.

No Elevator, Assistance Available:
Although we do not have an elevator, our 24/7 staff is happy to assist with luggage during check-in and check-out. Please let us know in advance if you require help.
