This beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-and-a-half-bathroom oceanfront villa offers breathtaking views, upscale amenities, and a prime location—perfect for your next island getaway. * The Pool complex is expected to be reopened on Monday, January 19, 2026, weather permitting. Until this time, please do not enter the pool complex area including the hot tub and grilling areas. Please note that we do not heat the pool until late March at the earliest.

** Please note that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.
