Here, you can ease into Cincinnati at your own pace, whether you're working, resting, or taking in the neighborhood's historic charm.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to sleep up to five guests, the studio maintains an easy flow with three beds arranged within a shared living and sleeping area. A queen bed faces the TV for relaxed evenings, while the open layout keeps the space practical and welcoming throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals when you prefer staying in. With a kitchen setup suitable for cooking and a dining table for gathering, you have the essentials you need for anything from a warm breakfast before heading out to a quiet dinner after a day in the city.

A dedicated workspace sits at the center of the studio, giving you a convenient place to focus. With Wi-Fi available throughout the space, staying connected for work or streaming comes easily.

Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help you maintain your ideal temperature in any season. The washer, dryer, essential linens, towels, room-darkening shades, and bathroom essentials support a comfortable routine. Hot water is readily available, and the overall layout keeps everyday needs accessible.

Safety & security

The property is equipped with noise decibel monitors, exterior security cameras, and a Ring Camera outside the front door. Smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher add peace of mind. A carbon monoxide alarm is not available.



Access & parking

Self check-in with a smart lock offers flexibility upon arrival. Convenient parking is available at the Mercer Garage across the street for $15/night.The space does not include a private entrance.

Please be aware there are stairs that need to be taken to get to the unit on the second floor.



One small pet is allowed on the property for $50 per stay. (Additional fees apply for extended stays).
