The Space:

Soft winter light filters through tall windows as the rhythm of downtown Indianapolis continues below, giving you a warm place to return to after moving through the cold streets. With indoor access to the Skywalk, you can navigate much of the city without stepping outside, settling back into a calm retreat between outings and winter events.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms offer simple, comfortable places to recharge, each with a queen bed and soft linens. With room for up to eight guests and two full bathrooms, mornings and evenings unfold smoothly, whether your group is preparing for a day downtown or unwinding after it.



Living spaces

An extra-large living room provides space to gather, spread out, or enjoy quiet moments. A dedicated workspace supports remote routines, and the TV offers an easy way to slow down at the end of the day. Heating and air conditioning help maintain comfort throughout your stay. A washer and dryer are included, making longer visits feel effortless.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals on your own schedule. The space is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, and a dining table where you can enjoy unhurried breakfasts or relaxed dinners.



Building & facilities

Elevator access makes arrival and daily movement simple, and a shared gym in the building offers a convenient place to keep up with your routine. Self check-in with a smart lock provides an easy start to your stay. Exterior security cameras, security cameras located in common areas of the building, and a Ring doorbell at the unit entry support peace of mind. Both paid parking on premises and a paid parking lot off premises are available.



Bathroom essentials

The bathrooms include a bathtub, hot water, and bathroom essentials. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are provided.



Bedroom and laundry

The home includes bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, an iron, and clothing storage to help keep belongings organized.



Internet and office

Wifi and the dedicated workspace make it straightforward to work or stay connected during your visit.

The direct connection to the Indianapolis Skywalk places museums, restaurants, and event venues within easy reach, especially helpful during the colder months. When you're ready to step away from the energy of the city, the unit offers a quiet place to settle in above the streets.

Guest Access:

Entry is granted through a smart lock. Code with be provided before check-in.



Other Things to Note:

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay





Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.

1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.

2. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.

3. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. . Guest will not receive refund for stay.*

6. Lost or unreturned parking pass - $300 to replace



Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.



PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building.
