Host was extremely easy to communication with and property was awesome. Kiddos couldn't get enough of the arcade. Located 5 to 10 mins from EVERYTHING!

We had a lovely stay here. The hosts are extremely responsive if you have any questions and the house looks just like the pictures. The rooms were clean, the house was cozy, and we had a great time with the arcade games! The upstairs neighbors can be a bit loud above you, but i think the people above us just happened to be particularly active in the mornings. We would stay here again!

It was a great space. While we were there, Flagstaff had 30 inches of snow. We woke up every morning with a view of a beautiful mountain packed with snow. I took my 18 YO son (for his senior trip) and his friend to ski. They had perfect new powder to ski on while we were there. Our time at the stay was packed with darts, video games, foosball and a hot tub. We were never bored and enjoyed together. An unforgettable memory. Thank you Aiden for this memory.

Comfy cozy

It's a very nice and spacious. The beds are super comfortable, loved the hot tub and not gonna lie, loved the heated toilet seat! Aiden promptly addressed a small issue we had in the beginning and that was greatly appreciated . Will definitely stay again.

5-10 minutes to Lowell Observatory and dining while located in the scenic woodsy Flagstaff, AZ terrain. Rustic exterior with nice amenities (Keurig coffee/tea station, newer appliances, utensils, linens, etc.). Place is clean, cozy, comfortable with a fun living area. Pet friendly. Large TV screens in main area and bedrooms (couldn't get 1 of the TVs to work in 1 bedroom). Renters very responsive. Only stayed two nights but would stay again.

Very clean. I thought i was renting a house and not a basement. Anyone who stays in the upstairs area sounds like a war zone as they walk through the house. The parking for the basement is so little my truck barely fit. I thought VRBO was for renting a house!! The pictures are not correct because it shows the upstairs part and not the side where the basement is. It also shows stairs and it’s all locked because of it being shared. Forgot to take a picture of the baby driveway as the main driveway is for the upstairs unit. Not really pet friendly for all the noise upstairs.

Overall super awesome was impressed with the supply of coffee pods, shower stuff and awesome communication. I would suggest being transparent about shared amenity space. Wasn’t an issue at all but could be since it’s a jacuzzi. Living room remote is froggy also. Only offering that as feedback to hosts otherwise highly recommend. Arcade and darts a huge hit with my 11 year old! Thanks for a fun stay.
