📅 Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-outs beyond 11:15 AM may result in an extra night’s charge unless pre-approved)
🔑 Self Check-in with Door Code – Provided on the day of arrival
🏌️‍♀️ Resident IDs – $50 (for 2 guests), grants access to executive golf courses, pools, and recreation centers – must be requested at least 3 days prior to check-in
🚗 Golf Cart Rentals – Let us know if you’d like a list of trusted providers
🐶 Pet-Friendly – Small dogs considered with prior approval; a $150 deep cleaning fee applies to approved breeds
🚭 No Smoking – A $500 fee applies for any violation

🧻 Starter Supplies Provided – Includes basic paper goods and soaps for up to a 3-night stay. Longer stays will require restocking by the guest.
