This beautifully decorated Topaz Patio Villa Includes all new modern designer furnishing, washer/dryer, 55" Visio Smart TV in living room and master bedroom, High-Speed Internet included. TV is Streaming enabled, so bring your Fire Stick, Apple TV, or Roku. Small desk in the kitchen. The king bed in the master and queen in a guest room. Kitchen included Coffee maker, k-cups coffee, toaster, knife set, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, spices and other kitchen essentials. Complete with extra bed linens and towels. Large 2 car garage. All quoted rent and fees are based on 1 or 2-person occupancy. This is a Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping home. Small dog is allowed.
Location and Amenities: New Patio Villa is located in Moultrie Creek in the new Eastport Area. The Saluki Recreation Center with a resort style pool is 2 minutes away (2 adult pools 3 min away) You're also walking distance from the Middleton High School sports facilities where you can watch football, baseball, and softball games. The new Shallow Creek Championship golf course is a mile away by golf cart. The course has a beautiful new restaurant called Boosters Bar & Grill that just opened in September. You're 4 miles away from the Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course and the Sawgrass Entertainment Center and Market. Adjacent to Sawgrass is the Ezell Recreation Center with a 10-lane sports pool. The new executive course Laurel Oaks just opened only 3 miles away. It features the longest executive par 4 in The Villages. Magnolia Plaza featuring Publix, 7-Eleven, Willie Jewell's BBQ, Reveille Cafe, McDonald's, Foxtail Coffee, Kelly's Ice Cream, China Chef and other amenities is a 10-minute car ride away. I live full time in the village of Citrus Grove, just 10 min drive to my rental property).
Me and my husband fell in love with this place, within 12 hours we both knew we want to live here full time. My husband retired from GM in September 2024 and we were on the road from Michigan to The Villages 2 days later.
We both enjoying water volleyball daily, my husband would love to golf a bit more, but he can't quite convince me to go with him yet. I am not very good at golfing to be honest. We love taking our dogs for a walks and dog parks, regularly we take them to the concerts where the girls are getting plenty of attention from everybody and they can't get enough of it ;-)
The Villages offer plenty of opportunities for us to do side jobs on the side. We both are workaholics and have to stay busy. Having a rental property 10 minutes away is a convenient way for us to stay busy. We also help residence to maintain their yards and keep flowerbeds clean on a budget. This is the way we trying to offer something back to the community and we are proud of the work we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We live in the verandas of Citrus Grove. Our neighborhood is simply amazing! We have group golfing for boys, girls and couples weekly. We also have 4 private parties just for the neighbors every year with live entertainment where we all can party, talk and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the neighborhood. Everybody here were so welcoming when we bought our home, helped us tremendously with advises (we needed it badly after moving from Michigan).

My rental house I bought was fully furnished by the villages as a showcase model for the potential buyers. So if the buyer will choose this style home, they can visit the fully furnished model home just to see how the furniture will look in their future home. The designer style furnishing speaks for itself as well as the decor. Our tenants always compliment the quality and style of my house after their stay.
