Clean and spacious

We stayed 2 nights with our family of 7. This property is very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond all messages. Easy check in. We were very comfortable staying at this unit. Our children are all in adult age so it was ok for us, but at both nights neighbor house was having party with laud music until late night. If you are planning on cooking here, bring your seasoning like salt, pepper and oil. No washer, dryer and dishwasher. Good location, close to Target, grocery stores and restaurants.

Just a place to sleep

We chose this property because it seemed to have a lot of space for our family of 5, but when we arrived we were disappointed in the details. There was no ice maker and no ice trays. There was no dishwasher and no drying rack nor dish towels. The plates and utensils were barely enough for 5 people for one day. The broom was broken and no dustpan. The living room chairs in the picture were covered in stains and dirt and while the open layout could accommodate the 2 dining tables, the couch and two chairs were not inviting for relaxing--nor enough seating for as many beds. The range hood fan was broken (our fried eggs set off the smoke alarm), and one burner was constantly on. (No, this was not a pilot light). There were no ceiling fans nor floor fans to circulate air. While I appreciate this might be deemed a budget stay that looks modern and chic, I would not recommend this as lodgings for a family looking for a home away for home. This property is much better marketed as a glorified dorm room, and definitely not better than a hotel.
