Well kept cute studio apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location and really good security at Sandpiper Cove.I did not like that I got texted/emailed multiple times with a checkout link - once would have been enough. Getting it 4 times made me feel like I was being rushed out!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did try to email someone as soon as we got there concerning the conditions of the condo, but I did not get a response. There were some things I wanted to discuss.

Perfect Location & Condo!

This condo is perfect! My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The condo was awesome and clean for two and the amenities of the complex were awesome for a vacation! We really enjoyed how close we were to the private beach, only a few minute easy walk, the pools/hot tub were just as easy to get to as well.

I really enjoyed my stay. I like that the condo has an outside porch entrance and a balcony facing the gulf. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. I definitely would stay there again. The property was very enjoyable with the choice of 5 pools & 3 hot tubs. Friendly & helpful staff as well.

Great stay

We booked a short weekend getaway, and this condo was exactly what we needed. It was the perfect size for two, and right across the street from the beach. Everything else we needed was a short walk or quick drive away. Just great all around.

A Great stay

Everything went very smooth. I had a couple question and call was quickly answered and person gave immediate and tirned out to be right answer. Close walk to beautiful beach. Hope to stay again one day.

Very clean! Plenty of room for 2 people.

Pool was located out front door and beach was outside the balcony door. Short walk to beach. Great property.

Perfect vacation!

The studio condo was very convenient to stores and a very short walk to the beach. It was clean and comfortable! I highly recommend Sandpiper Cove! We will definitely be back!

Relaxing

This was the perfect location for a quick getaway for me and my friend. Close to the beach but also close to everything we wanted to do/eat. It was relaxing and not stressful at all.

Simple place, great location

It was very cozy, though it did take a second to get used to the mirror walls, and my wife and I had a marvelous time. The free par 3 golf course was also super fun. Just bring a wedge and a putter and you’re good.

Fun under the Sun!

The property was perfect for my husband and I to reconnect and have some fun under the sun. It was less than a 3 minute walk to the beach. Cozy and comfortable condo!

Nice place

The condo was def nice and would stay again, only issues were the constant poop smell coming from the septic unit outside, every time you go outside that’s all you smell. Other then that we enjoyed our stay, the room could use a pull out couch for kids

Away from home

We choose to spen 4 days, ours experience was unique. Thinking coming back for more days, it's so much to do, this place is amazing. Room very comfortable nice and clean. Their part of the beach very clean and clear water, other parts away from this place a lot of sea weeds

The property was nice. Staff was very friendly. The inside on the bathroom door wasnt as clean as it could have been. Also the lights by the stairs need updated I missed the last step and took a tumble. Great location!

Place was pretty good overall. If you are looking to sit on your balcony in peace, this place is not for you. It sits on the main road of Gulf Shore Dr and very noisy with all the cars going by. There is no broom or vacuum so if you carry in sand, you’re on your own. Other than that, it was a cute little place for 2 right across from the beach. Perfect location. Would stay again for a short few day trip.

Warm Getaway from Frozen NJ

I went to this studio in Sandpiper Cove condo complex first week of February, 2023. I was blown away by the amenities and appointments in the studio and the complex. There was so much to do there. I played golf on the 9 hole par 3 course on the property (with clubs provided by the condo association), relaxed in the hot tubs near the swimming pools, strolled the private beach for both stunning sunrise and sunset photos. The complex is located closely to anything I needed: grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, bank, etc. I would go back to Sandpiper Cove in a nanosecond!

Our first visit

We had a lovely vacation. I needed to do a little more research on my end such as, this was second floor and no elevator. It ended up working out ok, I was just a bit slower than everyone since I have a problem with stairs. 😁😂. We enjoyed our view, but did not like the constant sewer smell. Beach access was great and we even had a perfect view of the weather flags.

Decent, but no fault to the staff

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was decent, but aggravating. I would not recommend using a secondary booking company again if staying with Sandpiper. I do not know if it was or Sandpiper, but our check in dates were not communicated efficiently. I requested to check in a say early and was told it was available. I messaged agreeing to accept the additional nightly charge. When we arrived Sandpiper did not have the dates adjusted. However, the staff checking us in after hours was amazing and for it corrected quickly. Once we got to our room, the ac was turned up to 85. We turned it on and quickly realized that the ac was not working efficiently. The staff at the gate checked on it and vacuumed the lines to get it to turn on, but it still did not cool off. The staff got us swapped to another room, but with 2 children swapping our things at 12:30 am is not ideal, but I appreciated their hard effort to make us comfortable. They had a technician come the next morning and get the ac fixed which had been an ongoing issue with that condo. The only other issues we had at Sandpiper was that the internet did not work our entire stay. The only times we needed that was in the evening when trying to get the kids to bed. Not a big deal, just aggravating and after the ac issue, it just seemed like one thing after another. Also.... If your room does not come with umbrella chairs, you will need to bring your own or rent. There is no tents allowed in front of Sandpiper which was another aggravating issue, but at that point I would have paid anything just to sit my tail in the sand.
