Welcome to Henderson Beach Resort Lofts 205 – Second Heaven, a beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 2-bath luxury residence located on the second floor of the exclusive Henderson Lofts within the award-winning Henderson Beach Resort. More than just a vacation rental, this upscale retreat offers a true resort-style experience with private beach access, multiple pools, on-site dining, spa services, and poolside waitstaff serving handcrafted cocktails and refreshments while you relax in the sun. Inside, the condo features sophisticated coastal décor, modern furnishings, and an open-concept layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious master bedroom offers a king bed, while two built-in twin hallway bunks and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room provide additional sleeping accommodations for family or friends. Two full bathrooms add convenience, including a master bath with a large walk-in shower and a guest bath with a tub/shower combination. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from morning coffee to family meals, with seating for three at the breakfast bar and additional dining space for four. Perfectly located near the sugar-white sands of Destin, Second Heaven delivers the ideal blend of luxury, comfort, and resort-style coastal living.

Nestled alongside the natural beauty of Henderson Beach State Park in Destin, Henderson Beach Resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and convenience. Guests enjoy easy access to sugar-white sand beaches, emerald Gulf waters, scenic walking trails, shopping, and local attractions while still being tucked away from the crowded tourist areas. The resort is known for its peaceful atmosphere, upscale coastal design, and beautifully maintained grounds that create a more refined beach vacation experience. On-site dining options include Primrose, featuring upscale coastal Italian cuisine; Horizons, a casual Gulf-view restaurant and bar; Sea Level Poolside Grill for laid-back poolside dining and refreshments; Sprinkles Café serving coffee, pastries, ice cream, and light bites; and The Rooftop, where guests can enjoy sushi, handcrafted cocktails, and breathtaking Gulf sunset views.

*Note: Henderson Beach Resort Lofts has very limited parking. Guests are limited to one underground parking space with a nightly parking fee. Golf carts count as a vehicle and require a parking pass. If renters already have a vehicle, they may not bring or rent a golf cart, as there are no additional parking spaces available. The underground garage has a 7-foot clearance. Oversized vehicles are not permitted.

Crystal Beach is a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Convenient to restaurants such as the award-winning 790 Inn on the Gulf, or Sarah K's Gourmet, get your fro-yo on at U-Twirl Frozen Yogurt or learn how to ride the waves at All-A Board Surf School.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
