Mi lugar está situado en el centro de San Diego en Cortez Hill, cerca de San Diego Convention Center, distrito de Gaslamp, Civic Center, San Diego sinfonía, Marina, Seaport Village, Little Italy, Aeropuerto, San Diego Zoo, Sea World,. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a la atmósfera, la luz, las camas cómodas, el barrio, citas de lujo, la comodidad, el acceso a la ciudad sin el ruido de la ciudad .. Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, viajeros de negocios, familias (con niños), y los grupos

Great stay for a family trip

We were visiting San Diego with our two small children and senior dog for spring break. LOCATION: The house is in a great location - close to so many attractions (the zoo, pier, gaslamp, Petco Park, etc) but also on a nice quiet street, so it still feels like you're tucked away from the noise. There is a small playground at the end of the block, which was a nice added bonus for us with our two little ones!! HOST - Steve was awesome. Warm, personable, and super helpful. We encountered a few minor issues with the house, but Steve was able to help immediately. I will say, we didn't get any pre-communication about check-in, etc, even though we booked about a month before arriving, but all was well once we arrived. HOUSE - The house is ALMOST exactly as pictured. When we booked, the pictures showed carpet in the bedrooms, but they both had hardwood when we arrived. Not a huge deal, but if that's important to you, it's of note. As some other reviewers noted - there are no dressers to store away clothes and items you can't hang - just something to keep in mind.AMENITIES - The house was pretty clean and well-stocked. Lots of towels and supplies were easily accessible. The water heat, and pressure were fantastic! Great for anyone who loves a good hot shower! We had a great, relaxing stay and will definitely consider staying here again the next time we come to town!

Great little spot for a San Diego Break

Very good property overall. Steve was great at communication and his dogs are just awesome too. Glad we got to meet him. Really beautiful little spot and super easy to get around town and to the beaches from.

Saved my stay in San Diego!

Steven was able to rent out his space last minute after another VRBO cancelled on me. Great location and an excellent space from which to launch daily excursions in the downtown/Balboa Park area. The layout was perfect and the place was clean and all appliances working. Will definitely return and highly recommend!

We came in for Comic Con and the place is nice and spacious, modern and sleek. We enjoyed the room and experience overall. Steve was a pleasure to work with, and when a couple of hiccups arose he was Johnny on the spot getting it fixed! overall great experience and enjoyed our time. A+++++ rating

Great property and host!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Centrally located to downtown, the beaches, and all the other great parts of San Diego. Steve was a great host. Took care of one minor glitch without a problem. Look forward to renting this property again.

San Diego in a week!

Excellent location! Spacious, clean, updated, quiet and safe area! Communicating with host very easy! We did the parking on the street for $10/day, and had no problem finding parking within 1 to 1 1/2 block area. Highly recommend!

Great option for SD visit

It was so great to be in this guest house as opposed to a hotel! Paid extra to park off the street which was wonderful since street parking is limited. Liked that the property was gated and quiet. Easy highway access made it a convenient location. Air conditioning was nice to have. The owner was friendly and very helpful. We were very comfortable and would stay again.

The house was very nice and clean. It could’ve been a little better stocked ie: coffee, bath soap. The smart lock was an issue every time we came back. Plan on using Uber/lift especially at night due to the homeless people camping on the sidewalks.

Excellent house for staying in San Diego

This was a great property-clean and well maintained and in a good location for exploring Central San Diego. Only thing which would make it better would be a bit more information about the equipment in the property eg type of coffee machine and things like what to do with the bins. Steve was really responsive though when I messaged him.

SDSU Move-In

We stayed at this property for my son's SDSU move-in weekend. The property was very clean and Steve was super accommodating. The house appeared to be having some renovations done (cut outs in ceiling) and there was ongoing yard work outside. I assume all were for the betterment/improvement of an already nice property. On-site parking is "tricky" but if you're a good driver, you can pull it off :). This is a great stay if you want to be close to downtown and everything the city has to offer.

Excellent location!

Walking about a mile to dinner every night was a treat, especially in that San Diego weather. The house was 5 minutes from our ZipCar spot (highly recommend taking that route rather than deal with parking). Steve was very communicative and welcoming, also handled an issue in a timely manner. There weren’t any dressers in the bedrooms, so unpacking never really happened which isn’t ideal for a week-long stay. Tons of closet space in the master bedroom. I’d also suggest having a welcome book that details the air conditioning and TV, and any other “need to know” items.

If you are planning on visiting San Diego and want the best of everything, this is the right property for you. We are close to the beach without having all the filth and drunken noise that accompanies the coastal areas. We are in downtown without being in the areas like little italy, gas lamp and, east village where the homeless like to congregate. We spent a fortune on making sure you experience high end comfort. We purchased brand new luxury mattresses so you will sleep comfortably. We are walking distance to most of what San Diego has to offer without having you contend with unwanted noise or disturbances.

The owner travels extensively and believes in offering only the best, so that you can feel comfortable and and home and experience a truly magical trip.

This is the only detached house available in downtown San Diego. We purchased brand new beds that only the high end luxury hotels have. We have all the amenities so you can work, live and enjoy. Location, Location, Location. We are close to everything. Gaslamp.... Check, Balboa Park....Check, Petco Park...Check, Seaport Village....Check, Symphony....Check, Spreckels Theatre....Check.
