Traveling to this area for work and need a comfy home-away-from-home for awhile? This entire home is available for your team. Everything is ready for your visit, with an eye towards creating homey comfort. After a long day at work, unwind in comfort, cook a meal in the well-appointed kitchen, watch TV, and float into a deep sleep in your quiet, darkened bedroom.

At the front door, you can kick off your boots and prepare to relax in this comfy home. The welcoming foyer flows right into the well-stocked kitchen with large granite center island, an additional dining area and open concept living area. Help yourself to some coffee (provided) at the little coffee nook! All these are shared spaces. Walk down the hallway to your private bedroom, which is secured with a smartlock, and is furnished with a queen or full-size bed, arm chair, your own TV, linens, towels, and a dresser. There is plenty of storage in the walk-in closet, too. There are two shared bathrooms, one in both the left and right hallway of the house (PLEASE NOTE: the right hallway bath is currently being redone and is not available for a few more weeks) , and a full laundry (washer/dryer) is provided down the hall from BR4. Your accommodation includes professional weekly cleaning service of all the shared areas, plus your bedroom and linens.

You will receive a unique code for the smart lock on the front door, which will give you access to the home and all shared areas. You will also get individual codes for each private bedroom.

All areas of the apartment are accessible to guests, except for the backyard. The backyard area will be undergoing some work, so we ask that guests not use the backyard during their stay.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood just off of Hwy 69 in Port Arthur.

This home is 15 minutes from Sabine Pass, OCI, LNG, etc. It is about 25 minutes from the medical center in Beaumont, and Exxon.

EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, please make your request for early check-in before 10am. Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If approved, there will be an additional $35 fee.

LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS: Late check out requests up to 2pm can only be accommodated with prior notification so that I can book my professional cleaning team accordingly. Requests must be made before 5:00 pm the day before check-out. There will be an additional $35 fee (if approved). Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If you are late checking out without approval, then there will be an additional $75 fee for checking out late. For a departure after 2pm, a full 1 night charge is added.
1. ISSUES/CONCERNS/BREAKAGE: Please report any issues to me via email, booking channel messages, or text so that I can promptly attend to them.
2. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: $250 pet fee applied if a pet is brought into the home
3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the home. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
4. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If a party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
