Host was very welcoming. The original condo only had room for 4 & we had visitors coming for one of the weekends, so he moved us to a condo that could accomodate 5. He was working on a remodel and was finishing up that evening. It was missing hairdryer, but I had my own. I let him know and he was going to get one.

We planned and booked this trip maybe 2 or so months ago and We didn’t even get to stay at the original place because the host claimed there were squatters there the day of. He was initially nice and offered alternative options, sending pictures, and we agreed to one since it looked decent.However, when we arrived at the new location, the first room was absolutely disgusting. There was urine in the toilet, the sink was full of water, and the beds were filthy. We sent pictures to the host, who then claimed it wasn’t his room and said he would contact the front desk.We were moved to a second room, but the hallway reeked strongly of weed. Inside, it was no better there were cookies and chips all over the floor and beds, urine in the toilet again, the dishwasher was running, and the entire room smelled like weed. We sent more pictures to the host since, once again, it didn’t match what he had shown us. This time, he never responded.We went to the front desk and explained everything, only to be told that the pictures he sent were just model photos and not of the actual rooms.He then finally responded saying he couldn’t give us a refund only Vrbo which we called and they said it’s on the host to refund and he again claimed the front desk is wrong In the end, we were stuck in a very outdated room with stained carpet and wasted 300. I would give 0 stars if I could. We were 3 moms wanting a nice weekend away and didn’t get that

Great communication from host. First night the AC in the living room wasn’t working and it was replaced by the next afternoon. Very nice condo! The mattress was EXTREMELY comfortable! The only complaint I have is somewhere between booking and our arrival date they switched the rooms. Originally the bedroom was what you walked into when you open the condo door and the living room was in the back room with the Murphy bed. This was one of the main reason we booked this condo, so my son and his friend could have the living room to themselves. One on the pull out sofa bed and one on the Murphy bed. At some point the rooms were switched which put the Murphy bed in the bedroom with us. This meant my son had to sleep in the room with us and his friend had to sleep in the living room alone. Not a dealbreaker but it was kind of an inconvenience.

The place was perfect. Pet friendly. The view was great. The only issue was the room not being thoroughly cleaned. They need to put extra time to have a nice clean room. Other than that, perfect location and had a great time. I do recommend this one.

I had to take some time to reflect before I wrote this review. Be aware, you will get what you paid for. To start, I booked an 8th floor room and paid extra for an early check-in at 2p, a time that THEY set. When I arrived at 1:45p I messaged (as requested) and patiently waited for the room number and keycode. By 2:30p I had called three times and sent several messages, none of which were answered. At 3p, I was finally given a 3rd floor room number and code with ZERO explanation on why they hadn't responded and why my room had been changed. Inside, I found personal items all over and no parking pass or wristband. I genuinely thought I was in the wrong room at first! I reached out again and eventually received a message saying they didnt have parking passes or wristbands for me yet and would bring them over later "but it would be okay." SPOILER: no one ever showed up.The room was mostly clean, though the fireplace didn't work and the sliding glass door handle was barely hanging on by one screw. There was A LOT wrong with the whole experience from the first moment.I tried repeatedly to contact the host to have my questions answered. I received ZERO response until they "invited me to leave a review" on my last day.I'm the first to chalk things up to everyone has an off day and automation isn't always best. But I was there for three days with zero response or engagement, that's not an off day that's poor hosting. Again, just be aware of what you're getting with this place.
