You can't beat the location if you are planning to spend a lot of time at the beach. Beach itself is nice, clean and not busy. Area seems safe. Took a midnight stroll on the beach and had no fear. Parking in the structure is difficult if you have a larger vehicle. No street parking available for miles. Air conditioning in the unit is great! Good air output and is nice and cold. Water pressure is strong. Pillows are a little flat and have no protective cover under the pillow case. Bring your own.

First of the view is nice and the amenities our there.. but the balcony tile pops and cracks makes you feel uneasy being out there. The AC went out one full day and if u run out of toilet paper don’t ask for more.

Amazing Area

My girlfriend and I loved the area and the building itself. We felt safe and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and the pool was clean and comfortable. We are definitely going to book next year!

Clean place and beautiful view from the balcony

Very good price. The hide-bed system to pull-it out was broken. Also the toilet is not properly fix to the floor. But the elevators were working perfectly. The inside parking is very narrow. No clear information about the exterior parkings.

Condo size was perfect for the two of us.

perfect location, perfect view of ocean from balcony. The building was neat and clean. Nice shaded parking for your vehicle in the ramp. We enjoyed the condo very much, had everything we needed. Would recommend it to anyone. Had a wonderful stay and hope to return some time again.

Great Condo

After a not so great start to our vacation our property landlord made sure that we were able to get the most out of our stay. The condo was great for the 2 of us. The pool was amazing. The biggest drawback of our entire trip was the parking garage. I know the renter has no control over that so I am not blaming him on that. The garage has very narrow entrances and exits and I ended up damaging the side of my car because of it. It’s only cosmetic so no harm no foul. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great space for a couple and is right across the street from the beach.

Perfect!

We just got back from our Myrtle beach vacay and couldn't have been happier with the condo. There were 4 of us....my husband and I and our 11 and 9 year old. For the purposes of a week long stay, there was just enough space for us. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony was my favorite spot of the week! While we didn't need to communicate much, Johnny was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great week!

Our Get Away

Host was awesome to communicate with. 2nd time staying in this bldg. first time renting from this host. Location is great and you couldn't ask for a better view of the ocean. Like other comments the garage can get tight if you have a larger car but we managed. Will try to rent this property again.

Excellent!

We were there for my daughters wedding and were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. Its very hard to book a trip when youre coming from out of state based on pictures only but in this case everything seen on line, is on point. The apartment was clean and the view was amazing. We will book again.

This was a wonderful place right on the beach. The owner was on vacation that week, so communication was tricky, but it turned out okay. The internet service was inconsistent, but I didn’t go on vacation to use the internet. The pool was great, and the condo had everything I needed.

We had a wonderful time! Enjoyed the fabulous location.. so close to ocean and pool. Beautiful view in the morning from the balcony. The bed was so comfortable… usually have back issues but not with this bed! Very clean . Just as described !

Great trip to Myrtle Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning. We had coffee on the balcony every morning. The condo was very clean and so well equipped. Johnny even had coffee, salt and pepper, mayonnaise-mustard and so many other items available. Dishwasher was new and worked very well. All the pans, bowls, dishes and utensils you would need. It was only 300 steps to the water. We went walking every day on the beach. Beautiful walk. Johnny was quick to answer any question we had. He was great. We had a great stay and would come back.

The Location of this property is why I purchased here. It is in a semi residential are and normally very quiet with little traffic compared to other hotels and condos.

The view from the balcony is what sold me on this property. Not too high and not too low so that I could enjoy sitting on the balcony reading or just enjoying the view.
