Cheerful 3 bedroom house with Hot Tub, Disney Plus
This three bedroom home is situated in a quiet neighborhood on Eau Claire`s west side.
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The back yard is fenced in with a hot tub, swing set, gas grill, and fire pit (fire wood is for sale at local gas stations). Folding chairs are available in the garage and so is a set of bags. The family room has a brand new 85` smart TV.
The three bedrooms have queen size beds. The house also has two very nice tri-fold mattress and an Aerobed if needed for extra sleep options. The house has 4 tvs, one in the family room and one in each bedroom. There are laundry facilities in the lower level of the home. This house is a duplex, the only shared space is the laundry room area in the basement. You will also have access to a one car garage.
The property has a fenced in back yard with fire pit, swing set and 3 person hot tub. The guest may also use the 1 car detached garage. The lower level of the house has free laundry facilities.
Guest can call or text me. Guest can also contact me throughthe Air B and B app.
This house is in a quiet residential neighbor hood. No parties or loud music is allowed at this Air B and B. Keep music and noise at a respectable level. Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am.
