Perfect for big groups/companies- large, spacious 6 bedroom with lots of parking

Come Experience the Magic of Mytalisha's Dream Riding Center in a very special way!

This huge spacious 6 bedroom house has two large bathrooms, a large living room, an additional family room, open concept dining room, and kitchen. A large U-shaped driveway and extra parking by the barn makes it perfect for travelers with trailers, campers, or that need extra parking or space!

It is conveniently located just a few miles off I-94 and only 3 miles from Clairemont Ave which is one of the main roads through Eau Claire. Located on a large horse farm, it is country living super close to town! The house is a triplex with the whole upstairs set up for the Airbnb, and currently remodeling half of the downstairs (when house is empty) to add even more space and amenities for guests in the future!!

The house is set up for multiple families to enjoy with two separate patio entryways, along with two common area entryways. One large patio is attached to Fashion's room and Princess Brandi's room (both rooms are 16x16 bedrooms), and the other opens to the family room which is attached to Serenity's Room and Patience's room. Tons of extra space for everyone to enjoy themselves!! Each room has its own key so can maintain privacy as needed.

This superb house features 4 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 2 bunk beds, perfect for larger groups or families. Enjoy the soothing ambiance of the cozy bedrooms and the beautiful decor throughout the house. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and soda machine by outside shed, and laundry amenities,, guests can relax and unwind during their stay. All throughout the year, you can enjoy watching horses out on your patio, or out your window, or even book a lesson of your own during riding season!! (Riding season is June-Sept for outside riders).

The house was just updated with smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, and a regular TV in the family room with DVD player. There is a large charcoal grill for guests to use, and a fire pit area to enjoy bonfires.

There's also a game closet with multiple games to keep everyone occupied. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your trip one to remember.

I brought my two daughters, son in law and grandsons to Eau Claire for a wedding. This place was perfect for us. We had plenty of room for the 7 of us and we did not feel cramped at all. We had a fantastic stay at this 6 bedroom Eau Claire rental! The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the area. There were two amazing decks as well. Communication with the host was smooth and quick. Loved watching all of the activity with the horses. Next trip to Eau Claire, we plan on booking this place. Highly recommend staying here!

Great property for groups since it has lots of bedrooms. Plenty of space. Lots of nice personal touches, like the s'mores basket and "in case we forgot" toiletries. Beautiful country landscape, but only a few minutes from Eau Claire. Host was fantastic with communication. I would highly recommend this property!

This was a wonderful house for our friend get together! So much room, fully stocked, clean and plenty of room to hangout! The horses were so fun to check out, the ling driveway was nice for the kids to bike on and the bunk beds were a huge hit! We even had s’more stiff waiting for us when we got there! We unfortunately were unable to use the bonfire out due to high winds, but we made due by roasting our marshmallows on the charcoal grill! We would definitely recommend this place for big groups with kids and dogs :)

What an amazing stay! From the comfort and size of the well maintained and fully stocked house and yard (lawn furniture, bbq, and fire pit) to the beauty overlooking a large horse farm bustling with activity and lots of horses all just minutes from downtown Eau Claire. Loved the stay and made to feel at home by the host’s thoughtful hospitality which included makings for s’mores, coffee and baskets full of any toiletries that may have been needed or forgotten. Definitely would highly recommend this place!

Very spacious inside and well supplied Understand that remodeling was in the works, but was a non issue. Kids were thrilled to see the horses, and the hostess was gracious enough to give us a tour and to allow us ' get up close and personal' with a few. We would consider making a return trip.

Bridal Party Stay

We had such a great time here! The house was the perfect size to host our bridesmaids and groomsmen for the whole weekend, and we even got to invite some of our parents over to open gifts on the morning after the wedding. Evening was clean and they had some baskets in the bathrooms that had some possible forgotten essentials for everyone. 11/10 would recommend and hoping to come back in the future. We also asked some questions to the host during our stay and got almost instant responses/solutions, everything was absolutely perfect!

Our family had a graduation in town, and used the opportunity to also celebrate two milestone anniversaries. My parents, two sisters' families, and mine were all were able to stay here together, allowing for so much more time together during those transitions between events that otherwise would have been spent apart in separate hotels/hotel rooms. We were able to have food available to either share as a meal or grab and go so that we could avoid the expense of eating out. My granddaughter and my dad spent a large portion of one afternoon just exploring outside where he got to hear her say, "Neigh!" every. time. she saw a horse!! (He was telling everyone how much he enjoyed that time with her.) The variety of bed choices in each room was appreciated, as was the vanity being outside the toilet & shower room in the main bathroom. The available amenities were thoughtful, and the owner was quickly responsive to my messages. We were very satisfied with our stay, and recommend this rental if you have similar needs!

My family and I loved our stay!!! Everything was was well stocked, enjoyed the welcome basket for smores and the baskets in the bathroom for anything you nay have forgotten as far as toiletries. The kids loved seeing the horses that we did walk around and see in the morning. Very family friendly and plenty of room. Our pet did not make the trip but I had messaged that he may come along and the home was even prepared for him as well!! Overall, 10 out of 10! Will return in the future

We are located only three miles from Clairemont which is a main road in eau Claire, as well as a few miles off I-94, so it's so easy to get anywhere you are going. It is absolutely all still country with no neighbors close and a beautiful hill with horses of every color who fill out pastures.

It is simply a dream come true, with so much to offer to so many. We are so incredibly happy to share the horse barn with our community, and now our house with all of you. Very few places offer the country setting so close to all Eau Claire has to offer. 💕
