Excellent cabin very clean

Cabin is excellent and very spacious, all the furnishings were new and beautiful, also place was spotless we loved it and will keep coming back. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone that wants a great, private and romantic getaway as well as being very close to pigeon forge. Great place exactly as described!!!

Great cabin

We really enjoyed our stay here! The front porch is where I spent my mornings drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful weather. The king bed in the master is extremely comfortable! We all know what it’s like travel and sleep on a horrible bed but both my husband and I agreed it probably one of the best beds we have slept in that wasn’t ours. We had one hiccup during our stay where got locked out due to the batteries dying on the keypad, but the owner was quick to respond and get un into the lockbox with the key. My kids enjoyed the pool table and hot tub! Overall we were very pleased!

Drive way

Over all the cabin was nice but the drive way is terrible. About half way up is four hole were cars have spun trying to make it up the gravel hill. The two cabins on both sides have paved there drives and this one will have to be paved also. Need to put pics of the drive so people with front wheel drive cars will not try this drive.

Great place to stay

Really enjoyed the place. Beds were comfortable. Games were fun. We were not able to use grill because bottom was rusted out once we cleaned out all the ashes. Overall nice and comfortable place to stay.

Pretty Great Place!

Let me just say this was one of the best cabins I have ever rented in the Smokey Mountains! The location could not have been more convenient to everything! As far as the driveway, which was a concern of mine before we booked, was nothing more than a small hill. I had rented a Corolla and it made it up with no hesitation. Don't let this make your decision about renting this wonderful cabin. Everything was clean and fresh. Everything was in working order. Now for a few complaints. The a/c worked, but with the large uncovered windows and the bright sunny skies, it was hard to get the cabin cool. If you like your house to be cool at night when trying to sleep, then bring some fans. I am sure with the circulation of fans in the Master bedroom, I would have been more comfortable at night. Also the entertainment that someone mentioned in another comment that comes from the neighbors is right on. If you like quiet nights in the cabin I would suggest moving on to another cabin. But if you truly like a little entertaining then stay here. My daughter and I found it hilariously funny. You can't see anything, you can only hear the sound of someone "trying" to sing on a karaoke machine. It was only Friday and Saturday nights, he must have to work during the week. There is not really any view from this cabin. I knew that before I rented to I was not disappointed. The major thing we were disappointed in, but nothing that can be done about this is that there is NO room to truly play pool. The pool table is in a very tight area. This was something my daughter really wanted the cabin to have when we started looking. But the space is way to small for a pool table. If I had one suggestion for the owners it would be to just do away with the pool table and get something more appropriate for the area. My daughter and I had a great time. Although there were some things that bothered us, it's not enough to give a bad response. If you are looking for a convenient, clean, and practical place to have your vacation then stay here.

Awesome place to stay!!!

What a cozy place to stay! Nice wilderness views not to far off the main drag. You're within 3-20 minutes of all attractions (depending on traffic lol) Not extremely secluded but definitely not crowded. The inside is a cabin heaven however. Very authentic, very comfortable. Was very clean, lacking nothing, had all the basic essentials. One word of caution, the road up to it is a bit steep and the driveway is quite steep but manageable. It is paved so not unsafe. I'd highly recommend it to anyone and would stay there again. Ten stars!

Great Value

To start off, the owner was the most responsive of any I have conversed with on VRBO, which rates so high in our book! Bravo! This rental was perfect for our family of 4. I would be hesitant to recommend it to a larger group as the seating in the dining and living rooms as well as the set-up in the bedroom areas are best suited for up to 4 people. It was spotless and well-kept and as others stated, the pictures are true to life. The kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dish soap, etc and we cooked dinner here every night except 1. The washer and dryer unit was a must have as we did a lot of hiking during our visit. The cabin was easy to find via our vehicle's navigation system and is close to the action of Pigeon Forge (Dixie Stampede=less than 10 min away), Gatlinburg and the entrance to the national park. The permanent neighbors at the bottom of the hill were a little roudy in the evenings, which didn't bother our family but I would like to add this just for those who are looking for total solitude and peace. Also, 4-wheel/ all-wheel drive may be a plus as the driveway is fairly steep (it is in the mountains) Great value for the price overall!

Great place

We got back from our trip yesterday. The place was great, it looks just like the picture. It is very Cousy, and clean. The cabin is located very close to the Main Street where all the attractions are located but secluded enough that you won't see people around you. Make sure to get there during the day if you can because it might be a little hard to find at night. Make sure to bring some food. FOR THE OWNERS I really loved your place, here are something's I think could improve the experience of your fire tenants. * salt, pepper, cofee, cream! sugar, spray oil, soup for the shower. * thicker darker curtains for the master bedroom, would be great, the see through curtains are a bit of a pain in the morning when you are trying to sleep in. FUTURE TENANTS if you are planning to get on the cable, make sure you have a 24 hour reservation.

When we arrived the cabin was dirty. Dirty Plates in sink, bed sheets not made(obviously been slept in and not cleaned). They did however get someone to come clean the cabin within 20 minutes. In the master bedroom you can feel the cold air coming through the window and door. Another issue we had which we understand isn't the fault of the company is that we had a power outage due to bad weather and the only thing that kept Us warm all night was the gas fireplace. (Good thing) the cold weather also froze the pipes so we had no water. I called the company and they sent a plumber out that day to have it fixed. Overall the cabin is nice but based on our situations 3 stars is fair.

we had the best vacation at this cabin that we have had in the last 14 years that we have come to visit in the smokies. This cabin is perfect, the pictures online are exactly as the cabin, thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin.

Excellent accommodations

Close to Pigeon Forge with a private setting. Plenty of room. Enjoyed the stay and highly recommend. Easy to deal with rental company who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We can't wait to visit again.

Family vacation

First off, it has been one month since our check out and yet to receive our deposit back, made several phone calls and emails. We stayed the week of Christmas, it was nicely decorated. The cabin was exactly as pictures shown on website. Also very convenient to restaurants and PF attractions. The paved drive is a plus. Well equip and clean. Not sure if I will stay again, only because of this run around with deposit. I just find it rude someone not doing as they agreed to. But overall we had a very nice vacation in this cabin and surrounding area.

My family visited over the Thanksgiving holidays and we had a great trip! The cabin was just as presented on VRBO and the directions we were given to get to the cabin were right on point. The cabin was also easily accessible and close to town/local attractions but you didn't feel crowded by other cabins or people. It was amply equipped with the necessities required for our stay as well. Pet friendly was a major plus for us too! Hope to stay again one day.

Very clean. Slow with refund deposit!

We visit gatlinburg/ pigeon forge area frequently. First time we stayed in this rental property. The pictures are spot on for the property. It does need a fan in the downstairs bedroom but there was a box fan in the closet. The cabin was clean and well kept. It has been almost a month and still haven't received our return damage deposit, I have emailed the owners with no response. Overall pleasant stay.

My husband and I reserved the cabin for our honeymoon. We were disappointed. We arrived a the cabin at 3:30 on Sunday. We went to the store and ran around town a little to get our bearings. When we got back to cabin the hot tub still wasn't warm. We called the owners and they were very RUDE. We asked why the hot tub wasn't warm and they said that had just filled it and it would take awhile. I understand that it does take a while for the water to warm up. They could have easily left a note stating when the hot tub was filled and that it would be later that night before you could actually use it. The owner was not nice on the phone and treated me like I was stupid. There was hair in shower when we arrived. I have long hair and I know that it is easy to miss when cleaning, but this was all over the shower and very noticeable. I would NOT stay in this cabin every again.

Would not recommend this place

It was our first experience living in cabin, and unfortunately it was not pleasant. We booked it time ahead, and drove all the way from Florida to find out that nobody was even expecting us to come. The door was locked, through the window you could see that rooms inside were not cleaned and not prepared for next tenants. We started calling the management, and it took some time before somebody picked up the phone. It was said that we were not in computer system for some reason (even though we were charged next day after we booked the place). The owner was nice at first. He apologized and promised to transfer us $50 for the inconvenience. We agreed to wait for couple hours until someone will come to clean the cabin for us. Well, when we moved in it didn't look too clean, and didn't smell fresh. Adventures were not over... At the evening while we were watching TV we caught several bed-bugs, which made us feel even more uncomfortable. It was already late, and we decided to stay. Luckily we planed to stay couple other nights in different city, and didn't book this place for all weekends. After we came back from the trip we were waiting for our deposit to be returned. We had to call about 4 or 5 times either owner or manager to check on status of the transaction and each time would get a response that it is processing. Last time we called, lady that sounded the way she talks to us first time, asked about our info quickly processed the transaction, so it seems like it has never been done before that call. It took us about a month to get deposit refunded, and we never got $50 back as it was promised.

Great Honeymoon cabin!

My wife and I had a great time in the cabin for our honeymoon. The cabin was well maintained and was very cozy. Only problems we ran into was the downstairs curtains on the window, for the person sleeping in the king sized bed, was woke up by the sun shining in, and that it was kind of hard to get to in our lowered vehicle... gravel road was a challenge! Overall we had a great time playing pool and enjoying the seclusion of the cabin, all while being really close to the main drag. The photos of this property are pretty spot on, the foosball table was no longer there, but the pool table made up for it! Only thing I would recommend would be better direction once you turn and go up the hill. We even pulled in the driveway and thought, this isnt it! Turned out it was.

Very nice cabin right out side of Pigeon Forge still back far enough where you can have some time to yourself . The only thing that I seen wrong with the cabin is the sink up stairs does have a lot of water pressure and the pool table was a little tight all and all for the price it was well worth it we had a great time there they even had some bored games we played when we came back too the cabin

Great Experience

This cabin was exactly as the pictures showed it. It was in very nice condition and is located just a few minutes outside of Pigeon Forge. The only less than great things I experienced during my stay were: 1) The need for a floor or ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom and 2) Updated board games that have all their pieces. The price was good and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Happy Travelling!

I purchased this cabin in 2006 as a second home, we do not have anything to do with any rental or management company. We try to keep it as clean and well maintained as possible while still keeping our rates low and very reasonable. We hope you rent our cabin but most of all, We wish you all the best time in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
ps; you may get lucky and see our buddy 'boo boo the bear' only in summer months !!!!!!!
