Great place to stay with an even better location. It was also very nice to have the flexibility to bring pets. The pet area was great! Would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed here before, but unfortunately it’s not as good as it was last time. Immediately when we get into the door, there was strong cigarette odor on a non-smoking apartment. This persisted throughout our four day stay. We notified the tenant, but there’s nothing they provide, they just took notes. The places is really in need of an update. If you go down the stairs in the middle of the night, everybody in the house wakes up,because of a very loud squeaking of the stairs.the place was not very clean either. So sad because it’s a very good location, but we won’t be staying here in the future. very expenses for what it was.sorry but we are being very honest. Thank you

Quiet mountain top community. Easy access to all Pigeon Forge has to offer. Great floor plan for two retired couples with all the housekeeping necessities for a comfortable stay.

It is a very convenient location to Dollywood, PF main strip and the National Park. The accommodation was as described. Communication was timely and proactive from the host.

Samuel responded quickly! We were very pleased at how clean the condo was. The large TV and very comfortable couches were great. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The queen beds in the other room were ok but not as plush. Love that each bedroom has its own bath!

This was booked the night we stayed due to our other option falling through. We booked at 5;30pm and were able to get in at 7pm. It was super clean, the size was perfect for our family. We moved recently and were not able to take our pool table so we had a blast with several games of pool. The game table with frogger, oacman, etc was great. Perfect location and close to everything we planned on doing during our quick trip. The host was very quick to reply with the one question we had. We will recommend to others and if we are ever back in the area would stay here again.

Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed with this property. Upon arrival we quickly realized there was no hot water. This was because someone had disconnected the handle to operate the shower in one of the bathrooms. So when the hot water was turned on, it gushed out from the showerhead continuously. Additional problems were the stair banister detached from the wall and false advertising that Dollywood is a 9 minute walk. We finally got moved to a new unit but it took hours to get anyone to address our problems. Really crummy way to spend the first night of vacation after a long trip to get there.

I took my teenage granddaughters on a girls trip to Gaitlinburg/Pidgeon Forge and stayed at this condo. The unit was immaculately clean and spacious. The location allows easy access to all the sights and stores. The complex is older,and it and the unit are starting to show their age. We arrived at night and it was a little tricky finding the complex and the unit even with the owners directions as there is little or no street lighting. The owners were very attentive and accommodating. They communicated with me throughout the booking process and our stay.

We enjoyed our time together and the townhouse was great. Very clean, completely stocked and well maintained. Our only complaint was, it was very cold . At the highest temperature it was 72, upstairs. Barely 65 downstairs. We were able to block the fireplace with towels and our items to help block some of the drafts. We also placed paper towels at the back door to block drafts. Weather stripping would really help. We were also shocked that my husband and son in law, who has a broken foot, had to shovel a path from the parking lot to the door. But noticed several other people were doing the same thing. We also live in the mountains and are very familiar with shoveling snow. We were just surprised that we were going to be the ones having to do it. Hope this helps with making improvements.

Property management was very responsive and tried to fix the issues but there were simply too many. It was supposed to be a two night stay and we left after the first night because the air conditioning unit which sat on the floor of the master bedroom and vented out the window was so loud when it kicked on that it kept waking us up. There were also issue with odor, bugs, broken drawers, doors that wouldn’t shut properly, holes in the balcony floor and furniture that was so stained and dirty looking that we didn’t want to sit on it. If this was a hunting camp, maybe not a huge deal but not fun for vacation.

Great space that needs some TLC

The space is great! Perfect for a family! So, I really wanted to love it. However It was not very clean when we arrived there was a lot of hair in the showers, and the pull out mattresses were just gross. The pool also left a lot to be desired. It looked like the pictures had been taken 10 years ago, it felt neglected, and was cloudy. the pool was a nonnegotiable for us when booking so, not feeling comfortable swimming or letting our kids swim there was a big let down. The communication with the host was great, they were very quick to reply and understood my concerns with the property. He did send a cleaning crew out to the property after I let him know It wasn't very clean, however with young kids and us all being present it just wasn't a good time to have someone cleaning there. so we just did it ourselves, but they did leave supplies we needed. Ultimately, I think this could be a great place to stay if the cleaning is done appropriately and if the pool/club house gets the attention it needs.

Very happy with this stay. The bed in the master was amazing! We appreciated having the two full baths and 1 half. It made life so much easier with 6 people staying. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. Made unpacking a breeze once we got back home. We would choose to stay here again!

This place was great for us for our first time to DollyWood! It is older than the pictures show and the "extra" AC in master bedroom is loud. But, we really enjoyed the location and our stay.

We check in on a Friday check out on Monday we had no hot water for days we tried to run the dishwasher it did not work we went to a family member home to shower and had to hand wash the dishwasher I ask for a refund of the two never did it happen we lost lots of time traveling to shower else were never will I stay or recommend anyone to stay at that place?
