This beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom home is located directly in the heart of Pigeon, Forge, TN! Only 1/2 mile off of the main parkway at traffic light #1, this newly listed rental is in a prime location only a 10 minute drive to Dollywood theme park and Dollywood Splash Country, a 5 minute drive to LeConte Convention Center and Cal Ripken Experience Ball Fields. Also, only an 18 to 20 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. This unit is located in the family oriented and quiet neighborhood community of Riverpointe Subdivision. This cozy chalet comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a total of 3 queen beds. The first bedroom features one queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features 2 queen beds and a bathroom with a shower. This unit features an open family concept with the kitchen, dining area, and living room in one open space. Enjoy a quiet relaxing stroll on the paved walking path by the creek just a few minutes walk from the unit. There is also a covered pavilion within the community within a few minutes walk with picnic tables to enjoy a picnic lunch.

This home was idyllic for our needs! Quiet neighborhood not far from the strip. Somehow small but spacious. We were visiting family & 9 of us comfortably hung out at the place in the afternoons. Very clean and will DEFINITELY book here again next time we’re in town! The travel-sized shampoos, soaps, & Roku remotes for at least 2 of the 3 TVs were also appreciated! NOTE: There are multiple ways to get to the home. Take Henderson Chapel Road to avoid twisting narrow roads! Great stay, book now!

Honestly, the whole experience was fantastic. The check-in process was smooth, the space was bright and comfortable, and the location was perfect for what we needed. The host’s attention to detail really showed, and the place had such a warm, welcoming vibe. It felt like everything — the host, the amenities, and the atmosphere — came together to make it a genuinely memorable stay. we would definitely come back again!

The house was very nice, close to town but away from all the traffic noise. Neighborhood was quiet. The host send all the information in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay here again

This property is well maintained and clean. It is very close to the main strip but just far enough away to be quiet. We felt the neighborhood was quiet and safe as well. There was also plenty of room for the 5 of us. Brad was an excellent communicator and extremely easy to deal with.

Great House!

Very clean and comfortable house. Great, quiet neighborhood. We loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings! I will definitely be booking again here for future vacations with my family.

Great place, great location

House was exactly as described, clean, and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, but just a couple minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. Host gave great instructions for the house. Would stay here again!

Home at Haymon Hacienda

We stayed with our daughter and her family (4 adults and 2 children). The home is in a nice quite neighborhood that is only minutes from the fun in Pigeon Forge. The set up for the house was perfect with 2 queen beds in one bedroom allowing our daughter and her family their own private space. The house was super clean and comfortable and came with everything we needed for a long weekend. We will definitely be back!

Great Property!

This is a well-appointed home located very conveniently to many major attractions. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, tucked away from the bustle of the tourist drive, but just a few minutes’ drive from it. Would definitely recommend!

Family weekend

My mom & I drove in from Orlando, FL for a weekend stay with my son & his girlfriend from Charleston, SC. The house was the perfect location for us to explore Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg all day then relax at night. All the furniture was very comfortable & the decor was very well done. The only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars for cleaning is because the bathrooms could have used just a bit more cleaning as the shower & floor around the toilets had lots of hair that hadn’t been cleaned up. We brought a little cleaning supplies & just took care of it ourselves. We would definitely stay at this house again! *We met the neighbors too & they were very nice.*

Perfect size and location

This property was a great size for my family and inlaws. The property itself was very quiet but its location was super convenient to get to all of the Pigeon Forge attractions. Would definitely recommend for families wanting to be close to attractions but have more space and more seclusion for evenings and down time.

Highly recommend!

Everything was exceptional about our stay here. The location is perfect.. in a quiet neighborhood, yet still so close to everything. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen is stocked with any cookware and dishes you’d need to prepare a meal. Instructions to check in and check out were clear and simple. I appreciate the quick responses from the owners any time I reached out. Thank you! We will definitely come back!
