Welcome to Branch and Barrel, the perfect quiet getaway right off the Nelson 151 Brew Trail. This stunning 1891 farmhouse has been renovated into a true retreat complete with hot tub and barrel sauna. Featuring 4 bedrooms (SLEEPS 12), 2 full bathrooms, ample living space and a list of outdoor amenities, this is the perfect spot for a getaway with family or friends!
FIRST FLOOR:
LIVING ROOM - large sectional couch, accent chair, coffee table with lifting table, smart TV, closet with board games
DINING ROOM - formal dining space for 8
KITCHEN - fully stocked kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, Keurig, coffee pot and tea kettle; plus seating for an additional 4 guests
LAUNDRY ROOM - new washer and dryer available for guest use; laundry detergent provided
BATHROOM 1 - Tub/shower combo, single vanity, toilet
BEDROOM 1 - King bed, dresser, full-length mirror, smart TV
