Thank you for staying and sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. To address your points: the AC was on when you arrived but bearing in mind the outside temperature reaching 96-100F, it was not cooling the house as fast as it would, had the outdoors temperature was lower. I advised you to keep windows and doors closed to prevent heat from getting in. The kitchen was cleaned, and my crew takes pictures and videos after each cleaning. The bed sheets are not stained, sorry but there were zero pictures from you to prove the dirtiness you are complaining about. I asked for the photos, and you never provided any. Post your stay I had 2 independent AC contractors to check on the HVAC system and both of them found it works correctly. I also was there personally with the general maintenance on the house, and the house was cooling fast, and it was cold with the AC on. I checked through the containers with bedding and found none that were stained. The chair was fixed with 1 bolt needing tightening. Slider glass door is inside the house and does not lock on purpose (there is no lock on it). There are locks on every door that leads to the outside. The "garbage" from previous guest was an empty box for the new dehumidifier that was kept in case it needed to be returned. The bay wall with the minor water damage in the kitchen was remodeled post your stay.
