Amazing location and host

Ivan went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. We’re coming again! House is great. Internet speed is blazing fast. House has tons of extras for fun. Neighborhood is quiet and upkeep is immaculate.

Quality quality quality

The pics don't really do this house justice. The House is kept immaculate, and the owner was a pleasure to work with. This is a no brainer for anyone looking for quality in EastHampton!

"We have been traveling to the Hampton's for over 30 years and have stayed in literally dozens of properties over the years. This was our first experience renting a vacation home on VRBO and this home was just amazing! Absolutely fabulous! The house is filled with light, beautifully furnished, and everything used in the house is of the best quality. We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together. We made it every evening the 3 blocks to the beach for sunset (and most mornings for a sunrise walk). The village was wonderful for walking, coffee, meals and shopping.

Not a comfortable experience at all!!

1st there were cameras not only outside in the pool area but in the kitchen amd living room as well which felt very intrusive 2nd the owner came over everyday. I am paying to rent your house not see you especially during COVID( he didn't want to wear a mask until we insisted) 3rd the AC broke in the living room and instead of just leaving some fans for us. He called his HVAC guy and came over on Saturday unannounced and the HVAC guy brought his gardener too. Again. And when we told him we felt uncomfortable he told us "to leave if you don't like it". Very intrusive 4th. INTERNET was basically non exist. It was speeds of 1-2 mbs. Which if you have a family and want to stream forget it. If your charging over alot per night, give fast internet 5th. House was NOT kid friendly at all. Had all these knick knacks that any child of course is going to touch them. Also had 2 Saws in the living room. Why??? 6th. Artic cold pool and massive ant issue on patio outside So uncomfortable we left a day early. Think twice before renting

Amazing House!

The house was great! The pictures don't do it justice. The house is super clean and very cozy. The backyard is beautifully manicured. It was too cold to go swimming in the pool but we made good use of the bbq grill and hot tub! Ivan is a wonderful host. He is very quick to respond to messages and he made some very good recommendations on what to do in the area. I would absolutely rent this house again. Thank you Ivan!!

Lovely Labor Day weekend

My friends and I rented the property for the long weekend to get away from the city. The house was spectacular- Ivan keeps everything well stocked and very modern. We also utilized the beach pass and took some suggestions from him, such as the farmers market on Saturday. We also had a surprise delivery of fresh eggs and jam from a local farm. The pool and hot tub were absolutely ideal during the day and the large table on the deck was fantastic for dinner. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely consider renting again.

Fantastic and Unforgettable!!

The property was absolutely amazing; very nicely manicured, clean, and decorated beautifully. The backyard had a wonderful hot tub and large pool with outdoor shower and deck lights for at night swimming; we were also given a card for private beach access. Ivan was also the most wonderful host and definitely helped us feel at home! He was so considerate always; giving us advice for local trips (including Shelter Island), places to eat, and things our kids might like to do as well. He also brought us delicious fresh eggs one morning and gave us a tour of the property upon arrival. Communication was smooth and we appreciated everything Ivan did for us to ensure a relaxing stay! It was for sure an unforgettable trip and we would highly recommend.

INCREDIBLE Place!! MUST BOOK!

Wow is all I can say! Just an amazing property and an even better host! Ivan was extremely friendly and helpful in every single way. He even went out of his way to get us fresh eggs in the morning. His place is beautiful inside and the property is incredible. The backyard with the pool, jacuzzi, grill, pool basketball etc...is the perfect place to relax. He also had access to a private beach just a 5 minute drive away where you can watch the incredible Hamptons sunsets. He gave us great recommendations of what to do and where to go as well. I will certainly be staying here again! Thanks, again, Ivan! Mike

Amazing home

We had a wonderfully relaxing long weekend at this house. It a beautiful recently renovated home with much attention to detail. We especially liked relaxing in the shade of the trees in back, going between the hot tub and pool. Ivan was very helpful, showing us the home on arrival and directed us to activities and restaurants in the area. We had a terrific weekend and highly recommend this house.

Spectacular Hampton's Getaway

Words are inadequate to describe the relaxing weekend trip my family and I had at this spectacular property in East Hampton. One has to experience it to truly understand what a remarkable place it is. The property manager was always gracious, easily accessible, and accommodating from my first email requesting to book the property to our departure. Throughout our stay, he ensured we had everything we needed to have a wonderful time. The flowers and special treats he provided were an added bonus. The cleanliness of the home and outside area was impeccable. Our meals outside and swimming in the pool were just what we needed to escape from our hectic lives in the city. The property is exquisitely decorated inside and out. We enjoyed a comfortable, relaxing, and restful stay. The location is peaceful and easily accessible to a private beach and everything available in the Hamptons. We enjoyed bike rides through the area where the flora and fauna were impressive. In other words, this is a perfect retreat for anyone who wants to experience beauty and luxury. We can't wait to go back!!

Hamptons Oasis Getaway

We travelled with a group of 6 for a long weekend and had a fabulous experience. Ivan was a pleasure to work with and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. The property is located in a quiet, lush neighborhood with the added benefit of a private beach. The house was one of those few that was actually better than photos. It was obvious that both the pool and landscaping were professionally managed and it really helped us relax and enjoy our stay. Would definitely return and recommend this property to my family and friends.

A Slice of Heaven

Ivan was so courteous and responsive from the inquiry process to the final departure (he gave us a parting gift as a token of thanks! Beyond gracious as a host!) The property is exactly as it is pictured - no surprises. Beautifully landscaped exterior. The pool is massive and the water temperature and cleanliness were excellent. Complete with pool floaties, beach towels, lounge chairs, and even an outdoor shower!! (Such a treat in the dead of summer!) The barbecue and outdoor patio seating make having a meal outside feel effortless. Kitchen inside is fully equipped with all cooking materials required. Lots of space in the fridge and freezer for all your groceries! Cutting boards, knives, cutlery, plates, etc. You name it, it’s there! Just like home :) Air conditioning is in each bedroom and does a good job of keeping the place cool. Linens were clean and it felt like a hotel with bathroom towels folded and waiting for you in every bedroom. The home is decorated with beautiful art focused on local inspiration. You really get the East Hampton vibe :) Nearby is a beach, which is great to visit! We enjoyed the tour given to us by Ivan of the neighborhood upon arrival - he really went out of his way to make us feel like we were at home in the space we rented, even if it was only for a few days. He drove us around to show us where we could grab groceries, where we could bike ride (bikes were included, too!). We also got some great restaurant recommendations - and he was very quick to respond if we had a question during our trip about anything at all. Highly recommend this home and the turn-key experience! Could not have asked for a better stay :) Thank you, Ivan!!! You were a great host and we hope to return soon :)

Property is BEAUTIFUL!

You can tell Ivan really cares about the property because the landscaping and house is kept neat, tidy, and beautiful. My girlfriends and I had an awesome long weekend enjoying the gorgeous pool! Rented a long weekend at Ivan’s home - it was great. Pictures were 100% accurate and the home was fantastic. Well decorated and maintained. Ivan was extremely friendly and I would recommend any travelers to stay here!

Beautiful and peaceful property

We had an amazing time at this nice and cozy property! The backyard is just beautiful, with a large pool and very well maintained garden that makes you feel at peace with the world. It's the perfect place to BBQ and spend summer days with the family. The internal decor is warm and welcoming, providing a very comfortable space for a family. We enjoyed having access to the small private beach on the bay side, which includes a nice playground for kids. But also found the drive to the ocean beaches to be very easy. Within 15 mins you can reach many of the best beaches in the Hamptons! Ivan provided us many tips for what to do in the area. He clearly takes special care of his house and his guests!

Wonderful Stay, Beautiful Home, Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend booking Ivan's beautiful home! When you arrive, it's immediately clear Ivan takes great care of his property and home, and he wants his guests to reap the benefits of his hard work! The home is beautifully decorated and was well equipped for our group of six. The pictures provided in the description are a very accurate representation of what to expect. The pool is maintained exceptionally well and was one of our favorite parts! Ivan is very responsive and an excellent host. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and answered any questions. He was kind enough to take us on a brief tour to get acquainted with the area and pointed out some of his recommendations. Excellent location - quick drive to Amagansett, East Hampton and Three Mile Harbor. Additional bonus, since the home is located on the north side of the island you can easily avoid traffic on 27 on your way back! Overall, we had an awesome trip and would highly recommend a stay. Our group of friends is already planning our next visit!

A Very Nice Week

It is a beautiful house in a lovely tree lined setting. The backyard pool is terrific. East Hampton and the area are as interesting as advertised. The beaches and farmers markets are unsurpassed. Ivan Rossi, the owner, is a terrific guide to the area and went the extra mile to fix a problem with water heater. A washer/dryer in the house would be useful however. But on the whole, we highly recommend.

fantastic location, great pool, quiet, very comfortable home. Terrific host in Ivan !

Super home which we would certainly visit again. It's position in the Springs is remote yet easy accessable to town and beaches. Enjoyed bike rides daily in remote beautiful setting. Ivan our host was very helpful in recommending restaurants and various activities during our stay. The only items I would recommend in order to make this a 5 star stay would be a washer / dryer, Iron/ ironing board and US coffee maker. Other than these items it was stupendous. Had a great time and look forward to coming back !
