Una casa de vacaciones recientemente renovada, moderna y bien ventilada de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños que se encuentra a poca distancia de los restaurantes del muelle y las playas de East Hampton Bay. Está situado en más de un acre, a pocos minutos de East Hampton Village y sus maravillosos restaurantes y vida nocturna, y a un corto trayecto en coche de las playas de East Hampton Ocean.
La casa elegantemente decorada está diseñada a medida por Courtney Shields Interior Design. La cocina abierta (que está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos vikingos), el comedor y la sala de estar son perfectos para el entretenimiento. La casa cuenta con pisos de madera y está completamente amueblada con hardware de restauración, habitación y comida y muebles Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. El baño principal tiene un baño privado con sistema de ducha Hansgrohe, vestidor y puertas de patio, que brindan un acceso separado al patio trasero.

Perfect getaway, as pictured, CLEAN, wonderful host & hostess!

The house was just as pictured! Newly renovated. Lovely decor, clean (the most important aspect for me!), beautiful backyard, amazing pool, great markets for groceries and prepared food close by, short distance to the beaches, the perfect set up for a weekend in the Hamptons! And perfect for families, including those with young kids. The host and hostess were wonderful as well. Communication was so easy and great. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house! The backyard and pool were wonderful! The house was modern and very clean. The owners were extremely responsive and clearly wanted us to enjoy their home. I would highly recommend to anyone!

10 STARS - AMAZING GETAWAY WITH EXCEPTIONAL HOSTS!

We stayed here for the month of August and it exceeded all of our expectations. Garrick is phenomenally helpful, responsive and enthusiastic. Everything about the home shows that the owners care and put great pride and thoughtfulness into their summer home. The house seems so much larger than the photos showed and we were very impressed by how spacious the property felt. The style was great throughout. As will be obvious from the photos, the real show stopper is the back yard area. It is just as amazing as it looked online and the pool is much bigger than the standard backyard pool. It is really indoor outdoor living at its best. The only possible imperfection would be that you are relatively close to a busy road so if you are looking to avoid any road noise, this might be an issue. It was not an issue for us as we are city dwellers, and I frankly didn't even notice the noise until my farm living parents mentioned it. I would recommend this property and owner without the slightest hesitation and we are hoping to plan a return trip soon! 10 STARS!!!

5 star family vacation

I write this review from our last night of our stay 8/25/16. From the minute we walked in the door we were amazing. Clean, updated, beautiful decor. Modern, fresh interior, high end finishes and appliance, and a back yard you can only dream of. Large heated pool (you can set to desired temp), lovely deck for entertaining, and a large yard the kids can play. House came stocked with fresh linens, tons of beach towels and bath towels. Truly a private oasis. The pictures do not do this house justice. The owners were helpful with everything from booking, to questions on beaches, and local suggestions. We could not have been happier with our experience, and plan to book our stay for next summer immediately. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful home in convenient location.

We are a family of four with a teen and a 12 year old and rented this house for a week in August 2016. THE HOUSE The house is about 5 minutes on from Easthampton village by car. We were thrilled when we arrived. Absolutely gorgeous when we walked through the door- and clean as a whistle with lovely bedding which is important to us. Beautiful en-suite to the very New England style master bedroom with doors onto the garden. Beautiful wooden floors and high ceilings. It all looked like it was very new which was great. We came from the Trump Soho in New York which felt very dated- so arriving in a modern fresh house was great. We used the pool every day which was a hit with all of us (and were able to heat it to a temperature that suited us). It had an alarm for younger kids which we didn't use but the deep end was VERY deep which we all loved. The satellite tv was great as the Olympics were on and also had Netflix. There was also Sonis which we used frequently. Though we ate every day in the lovely Easthampton village (which is definitely - we think- the prettiest village in the hamptons after touring all the others- but that's just our opinion!), we used the lovely kitchen with large American Fridge freezer for breakfast and snacking. There was a large bar-b-q and a range too for those who prefer to cook in. Garden was beautiful and a Very restful setting with beautiful nighttime lighting. We saw our first fireflies here at night and there was a chorus of crickets and frogs each evening which sounded so tropical. Air conditioning in the house was great and desperately welcome when on the balmy, humid hot days. The owners (a lovely young couple whose style was reflected in the lovely house) were very helpful in the run up to our holiday and made it clear that if we had any questions on arrival - they would be easy to contact. THE PLACE In Easthampton- for family dining we ate at 'Serrafina' where the kids spotted Alec Baldwin, 'Sams', 'Rowdy Hall' (more star spotting) all reasonably priced for a family. There are nicer restaurants for couples. Starbucks in town too. Easthampton shops are lovely but for even better shopping we went to the 'Tanger Outlets' - just fab- but had to buy another case to squeeze everything in! Ensure to get the online discount too before going. OVERALL Would highly recommend this beautiful house in a most perfect location.

For a number of years, we stayed at B&Bs and rented other homes in East Hampton. The charm of the town, with its great restaurants and attractions was an escape from the hustle of NYC that we wanted to make permanent. We searched through several properties and found in our home the right mix of modern and cozy.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We purchased the home with the interior newly-renovated. It was the style of the bathrooms and kitchen that stuck with us the most. In addition, we underwent the difficult (and costly) task of cultivating the backyard and updating the pool to create our vision of style and tranquility. Sunbathing on the pool stadium steps, cold drink in hand while the grill preheats, is a fond memory and great day dream, especially in the dead of winter.
