This beautiful, brand-new home on North Topsail Beach will fulfill all your dreams of island vacation life! Waterfront property on the sound with a breathtaking view of both the sound and ocean of North Topsail Beach. Make the most of the views with front and back decks on each floor! Easy to clean LVP flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, marble vanities, an outdoor shower and an interior elevator, means more beach time and less hassle for weekends! The first level hosts three guest bedrooms, each with a water view balcony. The entire second floor is a spacious open concept living and dining area with sliding doors leading to a covered deck, making it the perfect place to entertain! The whole top floor is a gorgeous primary bedroom suite with two private balconies, a sitting room, walk-in closet and a spacious en suite with a water closet, soaking tub, and walk- in shower! Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and spend your days with a cold drink in the sand. 



Ground Level: Parking for up to 6 vehicles, no restrictions on boat trailers or golf carts.  Shady covered area under the house, private driveway.  Two sets of stairwells to Level 2. Elevator to all levels.  Private hot and cold outdoor shower. New Dock built in 2026, water is too shallow for boats.



Level 2:

King Guest Suite: king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, ensuite bath with double granite topped vanity and step in shower. Ensuite Ocean View Balcony with cushioned rockers.

Queen Guest Room: queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan. Ensuite Sound View Balcony.

Shared Hallway Bathroom with bathtub and shower, double granite topped vanity.

Twin Guest Room: two twin beds, one trundle, smart TV, ceiling fan, Ensuite Sound View Balcony.



Level 3: Open living - dining - kitchen

Kitchen: granite counters, work island with counter seating for 4, all stainless refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher. Fully equipped for cooking meals at home for a large family.

Dining: traditional dining table seating 6, water view from the dining table

Living Room: sofa, soft side chairs, smart TV

Level 4: Primary King Suite with two covered decks.

King bed, ceiling fan, smart Tv, settee, ensuite sound view deck, ensuite ocean view deck.

Primary Ensuite Bath: freestanding soaking tub, step in shower, double sink granite topped vanity, watercloset. 



Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be lying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.) 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit. 



Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. Pet is included in rental price. One Dog under 50lbs.



Elevator Policies:  

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.



Things To Do on Topsail Island

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail.
