Awesome condo

Lovely condo. Awesome view. So convenient. Love the second floor. Can walk straight up to the condo and don’t have to wait on elevators. It was very easy to walk my little dog down the steps to go outside However, the elevators are great if needed. We will be back. Mr. Terry is a fantastic host. Great response, timely and informative. Thank you !

Awesome Location Beautiful View Close Beach Access

The room was beautiful clean and a perfect layout. Accessing the unit was easy and changing the door code simple. Comfortable beds and furniture. Balcony table and chairs were awesome very comfortable and a great view of the beach. We highly recommend this unit.

Perfect location

The condo was in perfect condition and comfortable for all 4 of us and our dog. The location is also perfect. Convenient to walk to stores and food. We will definitely come back.

First time in Silver Beach. Property is clean but does show some wear. The unit was clean, furniture was comfortable. The location is great for getting around. Walmart and Roush across the street. Only concern was the master bathroom door will lock (push button) if door is fully open. Luckily we packed a door pick key (ace hardware) and were able to open. Front door bolt lock doesn’t work. Unit was furnished nicely. We would stay again.

My new favorite place to stay!

Perfect location, with the room overlooking the ocean, & beach access on the property. The room was spotless as well as all the appliances. By far the cleanest condo/hotel I’ve ever stayed in and it’s pet friendly! The owner answered every question I had and made the trip way easier on myself and my family. This will be my permanent vacation go to spot from now on.

Amazing stay. Condo stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. View of the ocean was beautiful! Will stay here again for sure.

Be careful if you dont crate your pet and there at the end of the month. They do pest control, so you either have to be there with your pet or lock them up. We dont crate ours and had a medical emergency call and had to leave them in the condo. They won't do pest control with your pet not locked up. Cost me 300...My friend was in a wreck coming down to be with us and we had to leave to get to the medical center. So the busted me for 300!!

This guest was not charged a fee for not crating their pet. The fee he is referring to was his financial institution refreshed the security deposit hold, which I explain this happens in detail 3 times along the way. Security deposit holds are refreshed every 3-7 days depending on your financial institutions polices on holds. There is a charge for guests that leave unattended pets loose in the unit on the pest control date and that is communicated well in advance as well but that charge was not implemented on this guest since the HOA worked with us on accommodating this guests situation. I ask that future guests read the emails we send to them and reach out directly to my cell anytime there is a concern, had this guest communicated better we would not have an inaccurate review posted to our unit. Please read the other reviews and it will be clear that we take great care of our guests!

The beach view was beautiful - every day! Especially fun: the morning I spotted 2 dolphins swimming past our beach, and last evening when the Blue Angels swooped down our coastline and did a turn back over the coast! The unit was lovely & clean; steps from the beach. Quiet; friendly people; welcoming to pets easy access to restaurants & shops & entertainment. Terry is a very timely responder to all questions!
