Accessible Home Base & Relaxing Hang Out- Come spend some time at Our Place and you won’t want to leave. A perfect mix of casual indoor and outdoor spaces to relax & spend some time together combined with the most accessible location in Greensboro. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything in the Triad from this centrall location. The hardest decision you will have to make - should we Hang Out or Go Out?

The layout of the house is ideal for relaxing at home or entertaining. The main level is the social level with the kitchen, dining, living room #1 and deck access. Outdoors is a nicely manicured yard with large deck featuring gas grill, table, glider, lounger, umbrellas and a special water feature. The upper level has 3 bedrooms (1 K, 2 Q beds) and two full bathrooms. On the lower level is the 4th bedroom (Q adjustable bed), a Den with huge TV and PS4 game console, games and pull out sofa (full size), laundry room and entry foyer with desk.
We thought of everything so you don’t have to. Nicely appointed with comfortable, quality furniture, a fully stocked kitchen and bath you are sure to enjoy your stay. The home features a high-end name brand beds, large TVs with high speed internet. The kitchen is fully remodeled and equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, toaster, spices, etc... In the bedrooms we provide bed linens, pillows, blankets, luggage racks, hampers, room darkening curtains, and dressers. In our washer/dryer area we have a laundry baskets, laundry soap, vacuum and iron and board. Bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps, hair care products a blow dryer and more. We provide a decent starter supply of soaps, cleaners, and paper products. We love this place ,we hope you will too. Just pack your suite case and come make Our Place Your Place.

Guests have the entire house deck and yard to themselves, with the exception of a few locked storage closets This home has three levels and ample off street parking,

Location, Location, Location. Hop in your car and you can be almost anywhere you want to go in the Triad in minutes. Or put on your waking shoes / grab your bike and enjoy the extensive Greenway trail system which is easily accessible.

Great shopping at Highwoods Blvd (Lowe's Foods, Target, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Fresh Market, Gas, Bagels, Pizza, Sushi, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Dollar Tree, to name a few) just 2 minutes away. Bars/restaurants, museums, night-life and more right around the corner (almost anywhere is under 15 minutes) and just 5 minutes to PTI Airport.

I will communicate mostly thru the Airbnb App and send self check in instructions so you can check in with ease at your own convenience. We keep an eye on things to make sure our house is safe and secure; we have outdoor safety cameras. We require that ALL guests (Adults and children) are registered on the reservation. There is a strict city limit of 8 people in the house at any time (Including all adults, children and infants) and 5 cars in the parking area. Please register all guests and do not exceed the limits or we could lose our permit.

Please make sure all guests are registered on your reservation: Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed at the property at any time. Maximum of 5 cars parked at the property at any time. Please only smoke/vape/e-cig out of doors. Please no deep frying with grease. Do not use hair dye or dye of any kind. Not suitable for small children (stairs cannot be gated off) . You will be required to provide valid ID before checking in. The indoor fire place is accessible and wood provided there is a $45 additional cleaning fee if used. Linens for the pullout sofa are available by request and a $40 fee. Absolutely NO playing in the water feature this is for looking at only. Please watch your children, you will be responsible for damages. We do NOT allow anyone to sleep on the couches, this is unsanitary. Sleeping is in beds or on the pull out bed only. Please use all equipment per the instructions provided. Animals (service or assistance) are not permitted on the furniture.
