I have never given a bad review before, but this was the worst check in experience I’ve ever had anywhere, the check in information was all deleted from my app, I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with VRBO as they told me they couldn’t find my reservation, and the host was not responding. I’ve also never NOT been able to get a hold of the host. The host never answered any of my questions/messages from the time I booked it, until the day after the long call with VRBO when they were finally able to find my reservation and give me the check in information because the host wouldn’t answer. The day after check in I sent her another message, again, this time asking why she allowed 6 people to book the apartment knowing that it only sleeps 4. All she would say was it’s listed as a 1br with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper. I understand the listing title, but she also should’ve advised me that 2 of my kids would be sleeping on the floor because they didn’t provide a rollaway bed for person #5 and #6. Shame on me for assuming we would all have a place to sleep after booking the place with 6 people. The location was decent, office people were friendly. The building smelled terrible of weed and other unidentifiable smells, but the apartment was clean and did not smell. Would no stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
