There are multiple streaming capable TV’s so everyone can enjoy some downtime catching up on their shows. Our well equipped kitchen with cozy island has a full suite of stainless steel appliances to make your meals & enjoy them at the nearby dining table. Take in the sun on the quiet enclosed patio or take a dip in the private swimming pool. Relax on the furnished patio or fire up the gas grill & enjoy outdoor dining. Johnson Ranch also offers access to public swimming pools, hot tubs, golf course, pitch & putt, pickleball, tennis courts, community playgrounds, & a catch n’ release pond.

Liana was an exceptional host. The arrival was easy and we loved the house. Well stocked supplies, kitchen and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. One of the most exceptional stays we have experienced in Phoenix. Liana....thank you for the use of your beautiful home and your fantastic personal service.

A clean, beautiful open home with all needed amenities and space for my husband, myself, daughter, son in law and grandkids. The neighborhood was very peaceful. The kids loved every minute in the pool. Loved this location as we were visiting son and grandson that live in Johnson Ranch. Liana responded quickly to questions and gave helpful information on my stay. I loved cooking in the open roomy kitchen, space for my family to be seated together for meals. Would stay again if available.

Incredible, relaxing stay in a quiet neighborhood! From booking through check-out, the host was friendly and informative. One minor issue was dealt with quickly. We have rented many properties over the years and have always taken dull knives and nonstick pans that are no longer nonstick as normal. This home raised the bar, as everything was as it should have been. Chicago Cutlery knives that cut. Pans that you don't need a spatula to flip an egg. And that's just the kitchen! Bed was comfortable and the ceiling fan was nice to keep us cool. The pool water was warm enough to not shock the system, but cool enough to still be refreshing in the 100 degree heat. Check-in/out was simple and the house was immaculately clean. Literally nothing to complain about and we will definitely see if this property is available the next time we're in STV.

Our stay was great! We went to visit with our new grandbaby and had her over for some family time and swimming. The house was very accommodating, very clean, and presentable. I would definitely consider staying again.

This was a working stay cation for me. The neighborhood is real quiet. Very nice to take a dip in the pool after a long day. Bed was very comfortable, loved the comforters and throw blankets. So soft! Kitchen well appointed- has all you need for gourmet cooking. Good pots and pans IMHO.

Modern comfort

This modern home was very comfortable; comes with everything you would need for a short trip/stay. Beds and pillows are very comfortable; I was pleasantly surprised to see a water softener system. We have a water softener system at our home as well and was glad to not have to sacrifice that luxury on our little getaway. My only con was that the floors were dirty when we arrived; we are a no shoe in the home family. I had to mop the floors myself to be able to walk around with white socks. Other than that everything was perfect.

Lovely Home in Johnson Ranch Sun Tan Valley AZ

This home is beautiful, clean and comfortable, and is located on a quiet street away from traffic. Our host, Liana, was immediately responsive to any question we had. We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home and highly recommend it.

Beautiful Home In San Tan Valley

This home in San Tan Valley was perfect for our stay. Great open layout with nice over sized couches so everyone had a place to lounge and we still had room for more. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could need and the backyard BBQ set up is great for for a nice evening dinner with lots of seating and a perfect pool. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge with a very comfortable bed. The extra bedrooms and bathroom were perfect for our other couple to have all to themselves. The cleanliness was top notch and the best I've ever had in a VRBO. Our host Liana was amazing and was in constant contact making sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend this house for a family or even just a couple looking for a place in San Tan Valley. We will for sure be back!!

A wonderful place

This house was more than we needed but turned out to be just what we needed. We were there for some sad family issues and the quiet neighborhood was perfect to come back you to unwind and decompress. Everything about the house was comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The location was perfect for us, as it was near to everything we needed to do. Highly recommend!
