penalty fee applies for any violations.
* This property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets will incur a
non-refundable fee of $500 and must be removed immediately.

* The person booking must be at least 25 years old and present during
the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced.

Use of Amenities

* The pool/spa heater is available for an additional cost and must be
preordered for optimal results. A minimum of 4 days is required for
pool/spa heat, and it may take 24-48 hours to warm. Note that the
spa is a water feature and does not heat separately from the pool.
