The home’s breezy, beach-inspired interior welcomes you with soft lighting, natural textures, and just the right mix of function and flair. In the living room, you'll find plush seating, a smart TV for movie nights, and subtle coastal décor that brings the Gulf inside.

The adjacent dining room seats six comfortably and opens up to a fully equipped kitchen—stocked with dishes, cookware, a coffee maker, blender, and full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher. It's the kind of space where you can whip up shrimp and grits one night and enjoy morning coffee in the sunlit breakfast nook the next.

Primary Bedroom: A peaceful king suite with a comfortable king-size bed, quality linens, full dresser, and closet. A half bath is attached to this room for added privacy.

Second Bedroom: A bright and airy room with a full-size bed—simple, cozy, and great for couples or solo travelers.

Third Bedroom: Also features a full-size bed and calming design touches for a restful night.

Main Bathroom: A clean, classic layout with a shower (no tub) and fluffy towels included.

We welcome up to two small dogs (under 25 lbs each) for $75 per pet with prior approval. The fenced backyard is ideal for playtime and potty breaks, and the small dog door provides easy access to the outdoors. Just send us a message before booking with your pet’s info so we can approve their stay.

Since we’re a pet-friendly home, this means wagging tails and happy paws are welcome here! Our cleaning team does a fantastic job, but a stray fur or two may still sneak by. If allergies are a concern, we totally understand and recommend choosing a pet-free property for maximum comfort.

Check-in is a breeze with our smart lock system, and you’ll receive your custom arrival instructions before your stay.


~~A Few Things to Note~~

All guests are required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, provide ID verification, and either pay a refundable security deposit or purchase a damage waiver. These steps help ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.

Pets must be pre-approved before booking. Please include your pet’s info when messaging.

There is no bathtub or grill at the home.

Weather Notice: Mississippi weather can be unpredictable, and while we do our best to prepare for anything, we cannot be held responsible for delays, power outages, storms, or other unforeseen events outside our control. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related events, utility interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our influence. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.

No smoking or vaping, $1,000 cleaning fee if violated.

No parties or events permitted.

Property is in a quiet residential area — guests are asked to respect neighbors and noise guidelines. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM.
