Surfside Beach SC- Oceanfront Paradise! #4, Seen on Beachfront Bargain Hunt

Featured on HGTV's "Beachfront Bargain Hunt" Season 24, Episode 3 "Rentable Retreat in Surfside Beach"

The balcony, living room and primary bedroom all have spectacular oceanfront views. The beach is steps away through our exclusive access. The whole building is only 6 units- very peaceful, without the crowds of Myrtle Beach. Restaurants, bars, golf, fishing, sightseeing, shopping, are all close by.

Unit 4 is on the second floor and there is no elevator.

We have added a ring door camera outside the unit. Bed linens and towels are provided and included in the price.

Important Details:
Guests must be 25 or older to book this condo.
This is a Non Smoking Unit.
Parking is assigned by number, one car per unit. Additional vehicles MUST park in the Public Parking Lot in the 1300 block, one block away from our unit. There are two unassigned parking spots for visitors. Violators will be towed (sorry, not our decision).. We have added a ring door bell camera outside by door for safety.

Excellent stay and place was amazing. Perfect for our stay and would stay there again. Love the access to the beach and restaurants. Close to CCU which is why we were there about 20 or so minutes from campus, easy drive.

The condo was wonderful and the ocean view was amazing. It was right on the beach and beach access was a few steps away. The location was perfect. And the hosts were very kind and thoughtful.

Relaxing Week

Family of 3 adults greatly enjoyed our stay. Property is very clean and well appointed. Great convenient location close to restaurants and to drive either to Murrells Inlet or up to Myrtle Beach (we went up to Broadway at the Beach one evening). We stayed the week leading into Memorial Day weekend and the beach was very quiet and not crowded until Friday afternoon.

We loved everything about our stay!

The property listing was accurate and the owners, Jodie and John, are exceptional! Jodie was always just a text away for any questions and recommendations. She's exactly what you want from a property owner and I can't thank her and John enough for letting us stay in their beautiful condo! Their efforts to keep the condo in great shape and clean condition were noted and appreciated! The access to the beach is fantastic and the views from the back porch were so peaceful! Highly recommend staying in this condo and the owners are just a pleasure to interact with!

Beautiful View

We stayed at your condo for a work trip Everything was so nice Perfect View and Perfect Beach Access A great location in Surfside Beach There were 3 of us ladies 50 I would definitely stay here again. One thing to be mindful of is you must be able to walk up stairs.Many Blessings

Surfside beach front luxurious condo

This condo is superb! We enjoyed everything about it. The location right on the beach is perfect. The Surfside beach is wide and the sand is flat and hard packed. There are many restaurants near by and the one that we were able to try was very good. It is also close in proximity to Murrells inlet, Garden City beach and Myrtle beach. The host was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely return!! This is a gem!

Second visit and still happy

Great condo on the beach. This was our second visit and it didn't disappoint. Love that we can sit outside and watch the sunrise with a big cup of coffee every morning. The inside is clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated.

Amazing Oceanfront Condo

We could not have loved our stay anymore than we did. The view from the balcony is unmatched in the area as is the ease of getting to the beach. We had a wonderful spring break in Surfside, experiencing much lower crowds than the summer months, but with almost no closures of our favorite restaurants and activities. We will return to Jodie’s condo in the future! We loved every minute!

Perfect accommodations ocean front

Very clean, great communication with the host, location was ideal. Quiet and easy private access to beach. Balcony provided for great sunrise views. Storage unit worked great for our bikes.

Just like the pictures

The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. It was centrally located between everything we wanted to see and only a 15 minute walk to Surfside’s bars and restaurants. Jodie was extremely prompt in responding to any questions that I had. Definitely will be returning.

Beautiful! Amazing!

Spent Thanksgiving break here and it was the absolute best respite from the cold up north. Awesome location on the beach meant morning coffee with the ocean. The unit was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities our family needed. Highly recommend!

Long Weekend Visit

We’ve stayed here 5 times—since our first visit we have made it a yearly trip! Condo is beautiful, clean and well kept—owners are doing whatever is required to maintain their place so it is fresh and comfortable for guests! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo , great location

We visited for a long weekend with some of our family and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Condo was clean and homey and perfect for 4 adults. The beach was great and the location was ideal. The property owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

So happy with our choice

Home looked just like the pictures on VRBO website. Walking in the front door, your eyes go immediately to the sliding doors overlooking your balcony and the ocean !! Unit was very clean and well stocked with beach items. An adjustable magnifying mirror in the bathroom along with a very nice full length mirror was really appreciated. Perfect location! Jody the owner was always available to answer any of our questions. We invited Jodi and her property Manager Ruby, to stop by to say hello. Jodi and Ruby take great pride in their units and it shows! My husband and I are looking forward to next year already. We will definitely be back !!!

Property was GREAT!!!

We can’t wait to book again for next year!!! Everything was very nice and clean. I asked for an iron and board and they were provided. New mattresses were great. One thing I really liked.. there was a magnifying mirror in the master bedroom!!!
