Oceanfront 2 Bedroom with Pool, Linens included. Relax at "Latitude Adjustment"!

Updated beachfront condo nestled in the dunes at the heart of Surfside Beach. Condo features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, and a pull out sofa. New in 2025: remodeled master bathroom, new refrigerator, new stove, and new washer & dryer.

Located on one of the most beautiful and secluded stretches of beach in the area, with no high-rise condo towers for miles in either direction! It's a short stroll to the restaurants in Surfside, or a quick drive to the best entertainment and dining the Grand Stand has to offer in Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Pawley's Island & more.

Known as "The Family Beach", Surfside is also great for couples seeking a romantic retreat! Newly re-opened Surfside Pier is a walk or short drive away. The Garden City Pier is just over 3 miles away, where you can catch local bands and even sing karaoke! The Marsh Walk in Murrells Inlet is less than 7 miles away; here you can rent a boat and cruise the intercoastal waterway, or grab food and drinks at a myriad of restaurants right on the water. If you are looking for even more entertainment, Broadway at the Beach and the late-night crowds in Myrtle Beach are less than 20 minutes away.

Our condo building contains only 14 total units, making the pool rarely crowded! You also have access to the owner's private storage unit on the ground floor, where beach chairs and boogie boards are stored. The condo is technically on the first floor, though being a raised beach building, you do still have to climb a set of stairs to reach the first floor. Our condo features private beach access and has an outdoor shower to rinse away all the sand. Bed linens and towels are INCLUDED in the price. There are two parallel parking spaces designated for our unit behind the building, however parking is tight for the second vehicle. Golf carts ARE allowed; it must be parked in your 2nd spot.

The owners live in North Carolina and enjoy staying at the condo throughout the off-season. This is our sole rental property - we are not a large corporation - so you get all of our attention!

Nice, clean little cottage with a great view and decent amenities! Yes, the parking is tight but do-able with a Nissan Rogue and golf cart. Owner was 100% awesome with booking, checking in, etc. I loved the little touches - dish soap, dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo etc.

Best friends beach vacay

We had THE MOST INCREDIBLE VACATION! It started as soon as we booked the place. Our host, Kimberly, responded so quickly with any questions we had.She also gave us all the info on great Surfside locations as well as places a little further out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with everything at arms reach No joke, my wife and I are seriously looking into moving to Surfside!

Parking issue

This unit has terrible parking spaces and the property is showing its age? The floors have several soft spots both in the unit and exterior hallway.

Wonderful beach getaway

We had a great time during our stay here. The kitchen was well stocked, appliances were new and updated. The view was amazing and the ease of access to the beach was convenient. Kimberly was very responsive.

Anniversary/Birthday Vacation

This condo was great! All the amenities of home. We are use to camping and having to bring everything with us, we did that again but it was not necessary. Condo was clean (for me to say this means it was clean to my high standard). We really enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. Host was very responsive and even check in with us to see if there were any issues.

We loved the place so much! Location, cleanliness, having linens, excellent communication with property manager! I could go on and on! We sat out on the deck and enjoyed the oceanfront view! We loved having the keyless entry! It definitely gets a 100% approval rating from us!

Great beach Access. Condo is immaculate and beautiful. Parking was a little tight because We didn’t have a pull through parking And the other people did not park appropriately. Other than that great place to stay and I look forward to coming back again.

Wonderful getaway

The host goes out of her way to make sure you don’t need to run to the store for some tea or spices. Very well stocked. Clean, wonderful view and the host is very responsive. Parking is very tight though. Only issue. Also, plenty of beach chairs, etc. will book again.

Great for Girls Trip

Love Surfside Beach for our annual mother/daughter trip. Condo was well equipped, very clean with a great location. Beds are very comfortable with nice linens. Parking is challenging for those of us who cannot parallel park. Owner went out of her way to provide easier parking spot when I asked plus construction equipment took up our spot. Owner quick to respond to all messages. Highly recommend.
