2006 remolque Airstream Safari. Limpio y acogedor. Cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio separado. Sofá-cama de espuma de una en zona de comedor. Cocina completa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, horno, microondas, gama, nevera y un hibachi exterior para asar a la parrilla. TV, reproductor de DVD, sistema de sonido y WiFi. Claraboyas y muchas ventanas. Toldo retráctil para sombra sobre la cubierta de madera. Catalina patio de granito con zona de comedor al aire libre. terraza con vistas a la puesta del sol y fauna del desierto parpadeantes luces de la ciudad.

The airstream was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the outdoor patio/deck and the fireplace (firewood was provided to us). They had drinking water bottles available and all the essentials for cooking a small meal. The views were beautiful. It definitely has a secluded feel although it’s only minutes outside of the main roads and city. absolutely loved it and will be returning!

I can't imagine going to Tucson and not staying here! Susanne was communicative and responsive throughout the whole process of my stay. The property is magnificent; the airstream was super clean and fully stocked with all of the items I needed. The bed and pillows were super comfy! I didn't want to leave when it was time to check out!

Airstream in the desert

As advertised and worth the high ratings given by most guests! Lovely, quaint and in a great location for birds and wildlife. There are 10 or 15 different bird species that regularly visit the feeders nearby, not to mention the Bobcat, Coyotes and Javelinas that showed up. Very restful and quiet yet close to all the amenities. Susanne and hubby are delightful. Can’t wait to go back!

Nature experience

Loved the airstream, bigger than it looked n photos. Fab nature, trees,cacti, bird feeders provided endless entertainment. Saw rabbits, lizards all kinds of birds including hummingbirds and to to top it off, a bobcat.

Lovely little camper

This lovely little camper worked just perfect for my husband and I. We loved the patio area and spent the majority of our time on the property on the patio. The camper was just was described and pictured.

True Camping in the Desert

We have always been campers. This was helpful. We came for the wildlife and were not disappointed. We did a lot of sitting and reading on the deck and bird watching. Wildlife viewed: Bobcat came onto deck, coyote trotted by, birds: hummingbird, verdin, cactus wren, northern red cardinal, gambles quail, pyrrhuloxia, curved billed Thrasher, mourning dove, house finch, ground squirrel more. Always be in attendance if you have a pet. We loved our experience here. Hosts were attentive, but not intrusive.

Serene Desert Escape

I stayed here with my partner and our dog for a couple of days to enjoy hiking in the Tucson area. It was a perfect base, included everything we needed, and was in such a beautiful, quiet area. Watching the sunrise with my morning coffee in the garden was the best way to start the day, and it was so great watching all kinds of birds enjoy the bird feeders. While the location was nice and quiet it’s still close to many restaurants and hiking trailheads.

Perfect!

This very well appointed Airstream RV in the Catalilna foothills is the perfect place to stay in Tucson. You'll enjoy the beauty of the Catalina mountains and the Sonoran desert, as well as the beautiful vegetation - and bird show - right outside your front door. The Airstream is equipped with everything you need, including TV, microwave, stove, etc.; and the bed is super comfortable.

Great stay, again!

Great Stay

The Airstream is tidy, very comfortable and just fun. The patio area is fantastic with lots of seating options a Chiminea Firepit and oh wow the views of the stars, sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely book this location again.

Cute way to try an Airstream!

We'd been wanting to try being in an Airstream and thought this VRBO was a great way to do that. It was! While we didn't do any cooking, the trailer was nicely equipped with everything we might have needed. The bed was comfy and warm and the bathroom, while expectantly small, was very workable. We had a minor issue with the propane tank that heated the water and the trailer, but once we figured that out, we were warm and had plenty of hot water.

Beautiful and Quiet neighborhood

This was a very nice stay. The property was clean and quiet and the hosts are friendly. Lots of wildlife to see and a nicely landscaped LARGE lot in the city. We had a lot of fun exploring the area. The host gave us helpful advise and directions. I wish we could have stayed another week.

Very clean airstream. It exceeded my first impressions. Very happy with the communication, kindness and trustworthiness of both the owners. They respected our privacy but were always more than willing to help if we needed it. Very happy with our stay and vacation to Tucson Arizona in their Airstream.

RV Living in Tucson

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION with Owner. Listing and Reviews are very accurate. However... I did not read throughly. I have always wanted to be an "RV Person" and took this opportunity to try it out. Alas... I am not an RV Person. I only have positive comments about the Listing, Property and Owner. PLEASE Do Not Do what I did --> READ the detail description by Owner. She took time to make it a very smooth process. Alas... I didnt and got lost at night. This VBRO is in a wonderful, quiet location. Great Wifi Service. Several comfortable spots to stargaze, watch sunsets or sunrises. Unit is on the back of the property and though I felt like I was isolated, I also felt secure that if I needed any assistance, then someone was very close by. I had a few issues in the beginning of my stay. Communication with Owner was VERY quick and she even came in person to verify I was all set.

wonderful location

It is a beautiful desert/suburb location. The views are superb especially the sunsets.We spotted many birds who sang us awake every morning. Our host, Suzanne was very responsive to our needs and minor issues found in the Airstream. The trailer was clean and fun to spend some time in. If one wants a unique experience this is the one.

A very nice place, the Airstream trailer. We found the trailer a bit cramped but we adapted. A great location to explore Tucson's attributes.

Airstream in beautiful location, great views

We enjoyed our stay at the Airstream very much. The outdoor seating area is surrounded by beautiful native vegetation and gives the feeling of being close to wilderness. The free-standing fire place allowed us to enjoy the patio even on a chilly night, and the hill-top location provided a near 270 degree view.

Amazing Property!!

Stayed here over Thanksgiving with wife and 2 small dogs. This place was Amazing, much better than expected!! The property is beautiful, sitting atop an arroyo there are great city views, especially at night. The location is very private and the Arirstream has a nice wood deck and large brick patio with a chiminea. Palo verde trees adjacent to the patio area provide some daytime shade and a congregation spot for local wildlife. This is how to do outdoor living right!! The inside is very well done as well. The bathroom is tight, as expected. I am 6' 230lbs and it was manageable, a larger person will struggle. Easily the most comfortable VRBO bed we've ever had, that is always one of our biggest concerns and this one was tops. It is very comfortable, but it is camper so if that is not your vibe then it might not be best option, but if you are on the fence, DO IT!! You will not regret it! Biggest bummer is that it is already booked for our Xmas visit, but this will be our top option on future visits.

Beyond excellent!

This was my third annual stay in what I consider a slice of Heaven! Nothing about the property could be more ideal…location, amenities, cleanliness, communication with Suzanne the owner, wildlife, lack of glitz, etc. Even more ideal for me will be next year’s longer visit!
