The open-concept kitchen, equipped with everything you need, invites gatherings over delicious meals, while the adjoining living area, bathed in natural light, features a smart TV and high-speed internet for all your entertainment needs.

Venture to the second floor, where you'll find two spacious king bedrooms, each granting access to a private balcony, providing a serene spot to sip your morning coffee while listening to the gentle sound of waves in the distance. Each bedroom enjoys its own stylishly designed bathroom—one with a relaxing shower/tub combination and the other with a walk-in shower, ensuring comfort for all guests. The primary king bedroom offers a large flat screen television while the other two guest bedrooms, are free from distraction.

Step outside to your fenced-in lawn, a haven for pets with a maximum of two dogs under 80lbs, as a combined weight, allowing your furry friends to enjoy the space as much as you do. The beautiful catch-and-release canal at the back invites peaceful moments spent in nature, while the private pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, promises delightful dips under the sun or stars.

With the beach just a short three-minute drive away, you’ll have easy access to sun-soaked days of sand and surf. The home comes fully equipped with fresh bed and bath linens, as well as a starter supply of amenities, allowing you to immerse yourself in vacation mode from the moment you arrive.
