The home’s most unforgettable feature is the 3rd floor lookout deck, where you’ll enjoy panoramic Gulf views and breathtaking sunsets that make the Forgotten Coast so special. Start your mornings with coffee as the sun rises over the water and end your evenings watching the sky turn brilliant shades of pink and gold.

The home is dog friendly only – up to 2 adult, house trained dogs weighing no more than 65lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $250 pet fee per dog, per stay is due at time of booking. An undisclosed dog fee of $400 (per dog) will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.
Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. You are responsible for picking up after your dog in the yard or an additional fee may be incurred.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance helps protect your trip if plans change.
Please note we do not make any exceptions to our cancellation policy regardless of reason.
PARKING
2–3 mid size vehicles max – parking is permitted directly in front of the house in the gravel driveway.
A small boat could be accommodated in lieu of a vehicle (please confirm with owner first).
No trailers or campers may be parked onsite
No street parking
No parking on the front porch/home entry way
HOUSE RULES
THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) — this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).
IMPORTANT — this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.
The entire house is yours!
You MUST BE 25 years old to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.
The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled:
Must sign rental agreement
Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The Photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation and card submitted for the security hold.
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed, your government issued photo ID is uploaded, and a signed rental agreement is received.
This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.
No 3rd party bookings (booking for someone else). Any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
