This wonderfully spacious Montreat home, built in 1993, offers approximately 3,500 sq. ft. of living space and central heat & air, and it is an easy 5-minute walk to Lake Susan.
About the Home
• Eat-in kitchen on the main floor with breakfast nook for 6, island seating for 2, dishwasher, booster chair, and drip-style coffee maker. The kitchen also provides a 21" TV for streaming.
• Formal dining area with seating for 8.
• Living room with 55" TV for streaming and wood-burning fireplace.
• Pack N Play crib for those traveling with children.
• The circular drive has room for 2 cars and the parking pad at the back of the house has room for 1 additional car.
• The Cottage provides sheets and towels for your visit. For your convenience, beds will be made for stays from mid-August through May. During the summer Montreat Conference season, typically from the 1st Saturday in June to the 1st Saturday in August, the linens will be delivered to the home and available in grey, professionally laundered linen bags.
Where to Unwind
• The main level offers a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted soaking tub. This room also has a sleeper sofa that converts to a twin-size bed.
• The upper level offers 3 total bedrooms: a bedroom with two twin-size beds (en suite bathroom with walk-in shower), a bedroom with a queen-size bed (en suite bathroom with walk-in shower), and a bedroom with two-size beds.
• Please note: ALL full bathrooms must be accessed from one of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms with two twin-size beds on the upper floor does not have a private en suite. The guest occupying this bedroom must access a full bathroom from one of the other bedrooms. There is a powder room on the main floor for added convenience.
