The Luxe Spa Getaway was designed as a turnkey experience for vacationing travelers who want to be centrally located, with access to both regional, as well as, local experiences. Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, Mt Mitchel, the Smokies, and the Blue Ridge Parkway are in easy striking distance. But many who come find that the local experience of Black Mountain-Montreat are the surprise (see local guides on the kitchen counter). Black Mountain has a growing reputation as an outdoor recreation mecca with a bustling town center that supports year round tourism. It has become the most visited Asheville satellite (per capita) in the region, while nearby Montreat has a rustic mountain village feel, with some of the most pristine back country hiking and mountain biking trails in WNC.

This is a dual townhome that performs and flows as two single family homes. The townhomes share a center wall, but they are designed with complete privacy in mind. You might see the neighbors when entering or leaving the property, or possibly when outdoors at the fire pit, but otherwise, there is no overlap or shared space or shared amenities.

Entering the house, you face wonderful decisions…enjoy the Chef’s kitchen that flows seamlessly into indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces…or move towards one of the three different private spa amenity spaces including two bedroom suites with a steam shower…or slide into one of the luxurious polyfoam Casper mattress beds under Egyptian cotton linens and duvets…or just walk out your door a block in any direction, and discover why the town of Black Mountain has become a mecca for corporate, family, and big event groups who want to experience the best of a flourishing small town Southeastern Mountain culture.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

I provide coffee and assorted teas along with creamer and sugar....For the kitchen-cooking oils and spices, a slow cooker and everything you need for full meal service and prep. In regards to the house, there is Smart cable TV with Netflix and Prime. There is no smoking or vaping inside, but instead please enjoy your smokes on the private deck. For little ones, there is a high chair, and a Pack n’ Play. For families-cornhole, board games, and books. For those working, a printer and quick WiFi. For everyone else a hot tub at 104 degrees.
