The Space:

Step inside Ocean Ridge and feel instantly at home in the bright, open-concept space. The kitchen is sleek and stylish with white cabinets and countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, wine fridge, and counter seating for three—perfect for gathering over coffee or happy hour. The adjacent dining table for ten makes entertaining a breeze, and flows effortlessly into a cozy living room with a sectional, chair, and smart TV. Off the living space, you’ll find a peaceful balcony, ideal for morning coffee or unwinding at sunset.



Need to catch up on work or want a quiet spot to read? Just off the living room is a dedicated workstation with a reading nook—a serene corner perfect for a little focus time or curling up with a good book. On the third floor, a second sitting room flooded with natural light features another sectional, smart TV, and its own private balcony, offering a tucked-away retreat for movie nights or evening relaxation. Plus, if you’re looking forward to enjoying the sunshine, lounge away on the beautifully landscaped patio for ultimate serenity.

There are 12 beach chairs available for guest use.



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen-over-queen bunk bed on the third floor.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed.



This home also includes 2 half bathrooms and an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo, totaling to a total of 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.



THINGS TO NOTE:

· There are two Washer and Dryers in the home - one on the first floor and one on the third floor.

· Driveway parking for 4 vehicles.

· This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located at the entrance near the garage and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) located at the front of the house and actively monitoring the front of the

home and driveway.

· This home is pet friendly. There is an additional pet fee of $115 that is not included in your final booking cost. Please contact Customer Care to have this fee added and avoid fines.

· High chair available.

While we are not involved with the project and don’t have control over the schedule, guests should be aware that noise or activity may occur during the day.
