It was as advertised. Great location and awesome ocean view! Kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. We would rent again if we visit OBX again.

The best part of the condo was the view of the ocean. It was a clean place. Host was responsive. It was too cold to get into the pool but it was a nice pool area. Restaurants and grocery stores were all conveniently located (within 2-3 miles, some a lot closer). The master bedroom mattress was great.

Right on the beach!

Beautiful!! The access to the beach and pool was perfect for our family with three little ones. We loved it more than we expected and just what our family was looking for!

Great place!

Clean, well equipped condo in the heart of Kill Devil Hill. Owners clearly have put a great deal of time and effort into making their home a great place for a vacation getaway. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location and views!

After Dune Delight was in a perfect location…easy access to shopping, dining, and activities. The view was amazing and the incredibly easy access to the beach was fantastic! The unit was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was a perfect choice for our honeymoon. We would definitely rent here again in the future!!

Our new home away from home!

After several visits to OBX, we finally found the perfect place for us to stay when we’re there! Fabulous views from the windows & deck, very clean & well maintained inside the condo as well as the entire building, a very short walk to the beach, & a central location to all of the fun activities in the area as well as grocery stores & shops. Inside the condo, it’s very quiet & insulated well from other units, the mattresses were clean & VERY comfortable, & the other furniture was lovely & comfy too. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils & appliances, & everything functioned well. I loved the deep sink. Bathrooms were lovely & clean as well. Just an all-around great experience! We’re already looking forward to returning next summer!

Great location!

We have stayed in this building before, but this specific unit is very nice! It was very clean and nicely updated. With 2 kids under 4 we love how close it is to go back and forth between the beach and the pool and back up to the room to take breaks. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

This property was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to be able to sit on a balcony and still feel like I was enjoying the beach and that is what I did. My son is only 2 months old so this was perfect. Office staff were very nice and helpful whenever I had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

The sun came in very bright so we couldn't sleep. You need light darkening curtains. We asked if linens and towels were included two weeks before we came and a lady told us they were. So the first night we weren't able to take showers until we went out and bought towels. Bad communication.

Beautiful

Highly recommend this property. Location is close to shopping & restaurants but when you're on the on the beach it feels miles away from everything. Condo was very clean and well equipped. The views are amazing. I'll be back!

Awesome view

We really loved the updates on this condo. Condo was really clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Loved sitting on the deck watching the waves. Only negative thing is that the sign for complex is really hard to see at night. I missed the turn a few times. Sign and drive needs to be better lit at night.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Why do we have to come to your office to "check in" when the property has keyless entry. I'm addition, had to stop by again at departure to return towels!? Keypad code didn't work, thankfully your after hours person called back. No email instructions about check-in were ever sent. Instead when I called looking for details (assuming a keypad code should be coming) was rudely told, "it's in your contact.".... yup. There it was. Go to an office that closes at 5pm. Didn't notice the after hours box. Thankfully an employee saw me creeping around looking through windows and came out to help. I could share more, overall... "Meh"

Reviewer Comments: Had a nice week in this condo, very close to the water and having a pool on the property was a definite plus!Unfortunately the cleaning that occurred before arrival was very poor. We ended up spending over an hour wiping everything down and vacuuming the floors. Crumbs and grease on the counter and dirt / other debris on the floor surfaces. Next time we will reach out to the property manager on arrival and request the property to be gone over again.

Sleep to ocean waves

Right on the water, the constant ocean sounds just add to the overall experience. Renting was easy and the property manager very responsive. Property itself very well kept and clean.
