Classy and elegant 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms private ground-floor unit in a quiet, safe and newly renovated single family house. Spacious with over 1000 sq ft. It has a living room, kitchenette, two master bedrooms with private baths, deck with outdoor dining, yard, and a nice piano to play!
Only 2-3 mins drive / 5 blocks away from Millbrae Downtown, easy access to San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Book your stay today!
★ LOCATION ★
- Downtown Millbrae is only 3 mins drive, with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets (Trader Joe's Safeway)
- Millbrae Station (Bus, CalTrain & BART terminals) is around 0.8 miles / 3 mins drive
- San Francisco International Airport is around 3.5 miles / 10 mins drive
★ LIVING ROOM ★
The private, spacious, and well-lit living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The futon provides a comfortable place to sit or sleep. The living room is also equipped with a coffee table and piano providing a bright and inviting atmosphere. Feel free to play the piano outside quiet hours.
★ KITCHEN & DINING★
The house has a well-equipped kitchenette (not a full kitchen!). We have a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cups, glasses, and basic utensils. Adjacent to the living area, there is a minimalist dining table with 6 chairs.
★ BEDS & BATHS ★
Bedroom #1: Featuring two comfortable Queen-sized beds and a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #2: Offers a cozy Queen-sized bed and its own ensuite bathroom.
Each bedroom has a Smart TV and Guests can log in to their Netflix or Prime account to watch movies and shows.
★ HVAC ★
The house has central heating and central air conditioning.
★ PARKING ★
We don't have on-site parking. Guests can park on the street near the house. Please refer to the street sign for parking rules.
★ LAUNDRY ★
We don't have laundry but there is a laundromat at 8 mins walk from the house at Millbrae Downtown.
Owner lives upstairs with separate entrance. This unit has its own private entrance from the side of the house.
Note: This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests and there is an extra guest fee of $20/guest/night, after the first 3 guests so please make sure to enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking so this fee will get included automatically.
